About this house rental
Nestled in Estero Island, this lovely house for $369 per night is a great option for your next break. This renovated 3 bedroom pool home is located on a lovely quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square / Pier area. Enjoy the peaceful screened outdoor pool and spa and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grille. Inside, an open concept living area features a family room with a great entertainment center, dining area and a fantastic gourmet, well equipped kitchen. The King Master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a wonderful Jacuzzi tub for two! A second King bedroom and a third with a Queen bed provide excellent sleeping for 6. In addition, there is an air bed available for an extra person. Miramar by the Sea is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We use hotel grade bed and bath linens. We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to stay on the beach. The screened in pool was great to have. The beach is a short walk away and the owners even provide a wagon and some chairs. In addition, the house had just about everything you will need, even dish detergent, etc. The layout of the house is not necessarily conventional but worked out good for us and the ac worked great. Only issue we had was that we could never get the hot tub to work long. Other than that we were very pleased with our decision.

Based on the amount of destruction still remaining in Fort Myers we were very impressed by the condition of the home! There were a couple minor bumps but overall a wonderful experience. The pool is amazing, home was very clean and spacious and the AC worked incredibly well. I stayed in the area a couple years ago and the home we were in stayed warm with AC on full blast but not this one! Would highly recommend this location. It’s an easy five minute walk to the beach on a nice quiet street.

This house was great! The front porch area was great to keep the dogs from the front door. The pool was amazing but we could never quite get the hot tub figured out, still had fun with it. Nice quiet neighborhood, and perfect house for families with pets!

Enjoyed our week!
The location was great! Property was very clean and well kept. Was a shot walk to the beach and square area. Short ride to the Publix for groceries.
The only negative we had was the pool was very warm. Understandable with the type that is integrated with the hot tub. But after a hot day on the beach, a dip in the very warm pool was not refreshing. The hot tub was great tho!
Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Fantastic vacation!
We could not have been happier with our stay and the property. The owners were great. They kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We traveled with our 2 teenage children and they had a great time. It was a short walk to the beach and to Times Square. Would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone.

Beautiful Home!
We had a relaxing week at this property. The home was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room. Our host , Tess, was sweet and easy to contact. She even had the pool guy come fix the controls while we were there, so we could enjoy the lovely hot tub! Thank you Tess, we had a very nice stay!

While we liked the location and pool we wish we had known that pets were allowed at this property. It was obvious that pets had stayed before us as all of the floors, furniture and especially the bed linens were covered in animal hair. As a family who does not have pets we did not appreciate this. When we tried to sweep the floor the broom had three inches of pet hair on the bottom of it. The jets on the hot tub wouldn’t work all the time either. I would suggest putting down rugs in front of doors as the flooring gets very slippery when wet.

Family Vacation
This place was amazing....short walk to everything and the home was perfect. We had the best vacation we've had in years. The fireworks on the beach for the 4th of July was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect tropical getaway
