About this house rental
Situated in Redondo Beach, this charming house for $124 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a newly remodeled unit with granite counter and ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and baths, all cookware, plates, utensils, etc... It has a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Mattress and mirrored closet doors and a linen closet. It has new bamboo floors a new paint (11/2020). The couch has a queen sleeper mattress. We provide backpack beachchairs and beach towels. It has a 47' TV with Direct TV and High Definition DVR. There is wireless Internet access. It is a quite neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, Redondo Pier and shops. There are full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. There is a small porch with BBQ. Keywords: Back Unit of a Duplex in quite neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach, pier and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and located in a nice neighborhood, close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit. It had all the amenities we needed, and check in and out was very easy. Having 1 and a half bathrooms was a real plus. Jennifer is a great host. Would highly recommend.

This accommodation was great! In addition to the full master bath, there is also a half bath, which gave us both a place to get ready before heading out. The living room has a very comfortable sectional in front of a big screen TV. There is a full size dining room table, and the kitchen was fully stocked, so we saved some money by eating in a meal or two each day. The apartment is located on the ground level behind the main house, and it was very quiet. The neighborhood is safe, and street parking was fairly easy to find. The host responded quickly when we had questions, and she provided many towels and bicycles for our use. We plan to stay here again.

The location was wonderful and convenient to both my friend in Hermosa Beach and family in Torrance. The one thing that could be improved is the lighting back to the unit. It was very dark at night, even when we left the outside light on.
Also, while parking is plentiful most of the time, it is harder to find, the later at night it gets.
I would definitely stay in the unit again based on the property and price.

The property looks good on the website.
It was not my standard of cleanliness, the fridge had not been cleaned, there was stale food under the sofa cushions, the so called patio was small and unclean. The path to the property was uneven and bad lighting. The outside looked like a junk yard.
It was very disappointing to say the least!

Spent a week feeling as if I was home. Quiet neighborhood, Jennifer was quick to reply to any request and flexible with issues relating to air travel. I definitely would return.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 weeks while our daughter was doing a physical therapy intensive at the NAPA Center in Hawthorne. The unit was an easy 15 minute drive to the center. It was also an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach even with our two children, stroller and all of our stuff. We really appreciated all of the amenities at this house! It was so so nice to have a full kitchen, especially the oven and dishwasher! It was also so nice to have the washer and dryer right in the unit. Since we were traveling with two small children, one of which has significant special needs, we go through a lot of laundry so it was really really nice having the washer and dryer! There were also tons of towels and sheets which again was so so nice with two small children! The unit is decorated really cute giving it a beach house feel. We were just really grateful for this unit. We had a few minor issues that we addressed directly with the host and she was so quickly responsive to us! We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely beach area retreat in a great neighborhood, convenient to beach and restaurants in the south bay area . Jennifer’s place was spotless and well appointed . Street parking was easily available. We would definitely stay here again

This was my first time using Vrbo. Airbnb has gotten out of control with all of their fees and I was pleasantly surprised to not see the same thing here. This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I and our 7 year old. Super close to the beach and not terribly far drive to Disney and Universal. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more!! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. We stayed October 19th-26th 2022. This is perfect for a few friends, a small family or a couple looking for more than a hotel.

Overall we were very pleased with this property! Clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens, towels, wash clause, beach towels. Bikes and all the things you need for the beach there. My only complaint is there is no AC. There were quite a few fans, but one or two didn’t really work . At night when it cools off and we were able to open the windows it was pretty comfortable, but if we had been there in the daytime I think it would’ve been pretty hot. Jennifer was very helpful with directions, and grocery and restaurant recommendations.

Couldn’t have asked for better. Host was very attentive. Flight was delayed and we arrived late, everything we needed to get settled was there. Neighbourhood was quiet and nice. Would highly recommend and would return!

It is a very clean place, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a nice wraparound couch. The location was convenient for a vacation on the beach. The three bicycles were a wonderful way to ride down the Strand and enjoy the beach lifestyle.

We felt right at home for our week stay with Jennifer. We had everything we needed. Pullout couch was comfortable to sleep on. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable too. Location is ideal if you want to walk or bike to the beaches, piers and restaurants. Thanks Jennifer, we will be back.

Excellent location, well equipped, spacious apartment. Outside seating area could be improved if screens were used to conceal the owner’s canoes etc We had to clean it before we could sit out there. Overall, a great apartment 10 mins walk from the beach.
