This neighborhood property was well appointed with everything you might need for a long term stay. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels were abundant. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus and allowed me to pack much lighter. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances were in good working order. The hot water and shower pressure were excellent. There was a leak in the unit a week or so into our stay. The hosts were notified and the repair to the pipe was done quickly…the next day. The drywall needed to be cut and created a mess; the holes remained throughout the remainder of our stay. Didn’t really bother me too much; didn’t hear back from owner on when repair would take place. Otherwise communication was good. Be aware this is a downstairs unit with minimal sound insulation between floors. Ifyou are a light sleeper, there are outdoor lights outside the bedroom window the shades do not block out. The bedroom would benefit from room darkening blinds. Pretty much everything happening upstairs can be heard downstairs. This unit is also in the middle of a neighborhood so the normal neighbor sounds of dogs and conversation and car engines will be present Overall this was a great rental with everything you’d need…adjust your expectations accordingly for noise and it’s a lovely place. Fairly centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Be aware of street parking restrictions and availability as there is none on-site.

The amenities were good and the unit was very comfortable and convenient. I liked that the host was very accessible.

Very well equipped unit. Everything in kitchen . Beach chairs, too.
