About this cottage rental
Located in Pinehurst, this charming cottage for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. We are proud to continue to earn Premier Partner status with VRBO. Your family or group will have exclusive use of the cottage during your stay. No shared walls with noisy neighbors or struggling to find a parking space. The cottage is conveniently located within the 'diamond' of Pinehurst and a short 5 minutes from the Historic Pinehurst Village. This cottage has 4 bedrooms which consist of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the den and 2 full baths. The dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you prefer that over dining out every night. The den includes comfortable seating, with a large screen TV and WiFi. A washer and dryer is provided for your use. Ample parking available in addition to the 2 car carport. Outdoor patio, firepit and dinning table with umbrella. We offer lower rates for 7+ consecutive nights stays as well as monthly rates and these are automatically applied in your quote based on your length of stay. Excellent location near Camelot Playground where kids can enjoy an elaborate play area and also close to Cannon Park and Rassie Wicker Park. Conveniently located to golf, tennis, and walking trails. Take a stroll down the quiet streets to Historic Pinehurst to restaurants, taverns, Resort Spa and many shops. Great historic downtown. My family loved it - 'old Pinehurst' vibe very near castle park for the grandson. Very clean and ALL the equipment (kitchen, bathrooms) and plenty of towels for all. Great location near everything with easy access to highways. The front entrance key pad is a little slow/funky but we mastered it. Host very friendly and responsive to questions and special request.

The cottage was clean, well appointed and comfortable on a quiet street near Pinehurst Village. The owner was welcoming and a great communicator throughout our stay. We hope to someday return to Pinehurst and wouldn't hesitate to return to Cozy Cottage.

House was well stocked in the kitchen with pots and pans. Comfortable AC, comfortable beds. There may be a plumbing slowness upstairs - sink drains slowly and toilet was a bit easy to clog. Water pressure is good except when both showers running at same time. Lovely neighborhood, very comfortable and with darling lit outside area with Adirondack chairs. Amazing frog chorus on the other side of the street by the school after the crazy rains the other night. We didn’t need to reach our host at all during our stay. We had a lovely time. Thank you. Would stay here again.

What a lovely cottage! Great location! Clean, comfy and so nicely appointed. We loved the easy walk into the village and it was such a bonus to be able to relax outside the cottage around the firepit at the end of the day.

We had a great time at this cute, ultra clean home. The quiet neighborhood location across from the school was great, and it was easy to get to the village and we enjoyed the basketball courts and playground across the street. Beds were comfortable; nice walk-in showers made it easy for the older family member who'd just had knee surgery! Thank you for a great stay!

The size of the house and location are perfect for a golf trip with 4-6 people. Location is walkable to restaurants/bars, and a quick drive to many of the golf courses. The place is clean and well kept.

Our family stayed at The Cozy Cottage while attending a wedding in Pinehurst. The house was a much better option than 3 hotel rooms. It was a great stay!

Superb Cozy Cottage!
Our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage, this place is outstanding. Perfect location, wonderful and responsive owners, and attention to every detail both great and small. Supremely comfortable. Lovely decor. Walking distance to the little Village of Pinehurst as well as an excellent playground. 5 minute drive to major grocery stores, coffee, ice cream, restaurants, etc. Everything you could hope for in a home away from home!

Cozy Cottage Stay
The property is conveniently located to great restaurant in the town of Pinehurst that are within walking distance. The home is in a quiet area with traffic only increasing in the morning before 8 AM as there is a public school across the street. No noise from the school once the kids have been dropped off as all activity from the school cannot be seen from the house. The house is older but well kept. No issues with cleanliness. Only issue is kitchen could have used a regular toaster. I would not heistate to stay at this property again.

Girl's birthday get away!
5 of us gathered in Pinehurst for a 50th birthday. The property is extremely well kept, well stocked and lovely. The owner had Christmas decorations throughout that were delightful. It is comfortable and spacious. We would definitely return to this property.
The owner was very responsive - emailed back within hours. We highly recommend both the owners and the property!

Cute Cottage
It is definitely a cottage that has the old time feel with all the modern conveniences. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a very nice brewery. My family rented several houses in the area, which gave us time together, and the cottage gave me some down time. There is a school across the street, great for letting kids run around.
