About this condo rental
Nestled in Sunset Beach, this attractive condo for $185 per night is a great option for your next break. This beachfront studio is on beautiful Ke Iki Beach. Enjoy sunsets and the crystal blue ocean just 30 steps from your door. Literally walk from your door, through the garden to the beach. A tropical garden with lush green lawns surrounds the property and is your view from the unit. NEW VERY Quiet Split Unit Air Conditioner. Please call me at 808-748-9922 if you have any questions. Or [email protected] Whether watching the humpback whales breaching, Hawaiian spinner dolphins frolicking, swimming with the sea turtles, or napping/reading on the lounge chairs on the bluff overlooking the ocean and beach, this Hawaiian getaway will be unforgettable. All the furnishings and linens are kept very clean for your comfort. The unit is 250 square ft. Newish Queen bed, dining area, WiFi, new flat screen TV, kitchenette with newish 10.7 cubic ft. refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, 2 burner hot plate, tea kettle and Drip coffee maker. Blow dryer, soft cooler, 2 well-worn but functional beach cruiser bikes, 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, small iron and small ironing board are provided. The studio is attached to our house which we live in year-round. You have your own entrance. There is no one above or below you and the only common wall is the bathroom and closet. The studio has a garden view not an ocean view. I am very allergic to animals, so no animals are ever permitted in the unit. Use the 2 bikes w/lock to cruise along the 5 mile long bike path to famous Waimea Bay 3/4 mile away, Sharks Cove 1/3 mile away, Pipeline Beach 1 mile away, Sunset Beach 2 miles away. This is not a hotel where daily cleaning is available. Clean linens will be given every 5-6 days depending on the agreement at time of booking. Laundry Mart is in Waialua Town 20 minute drive from our property and a 5 minute drive from Haleiwa Town. For a list of the various activities in the area go to Turtle Bay Resort website. NO VAPING, NO DRUGS, NO SMOKING. NO ANIMALS. NO PARTYING. 1/2 mile to market and food trucks. 15-minute drive to Haleiwa Town and Turtle Bay Resort with restaurants and shopping. My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this beautiful property. I enjoyed my coffee in the morning on the lounge chair overlooking the ocean and after a day of exploring, we tried to get back to watch the beautiful sunsets. Foodland’s fresh poke was amazing, the food trucks were convenient and delicious and amazing snorkeling was an enjoyable bike ride away.

Our 2-week honeymoon was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The waves were high most of the time we were there (expected off north shore) but just sitting on the beach/in lounge chairs was so relaxing. We were even able to see turtles from the beach the last day we were there. Christina was awesome at showing us around at check in and also answering any questions we had during our stay. We definitely plan on returning!

This place was just as described! The hosts are extremely accommodating.
We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt right at home! The place was stocked with everything we needed and then some. If you’re not familiar with Oahu this is the absolute best location to be staying at. We are already looking at dates to come back next year 😊

Perfect slice of paradise
The property is absolute perfection, I was taken aback when I walked to the backyard, you're literally right on the beach and it's simply stunning. The apartment is cute, clean, and has all the amenities you need (no oven, but hot plate worked perfect for us,) One thing really important for me when traveling is safety (I was there for a few days alone) and I felt 100% safe and comfortable. There's a coded gate to get onto the property and the apartment is attached to their home- totally recommend this spot for any women traveling alone. The location is perfect if you plan to hang around the North Shore and again, THAT VIEW! Both Christine and her husband, Nathan, were fantastic. They gave us tips / recommendations that were really helpful and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend + can't wait to return!! Mahalo, Christina!

We are so happy that we choose Christina and Nathan’s place. They are both so nice and easy to talk to. We felt like we are part of the family. They checked on us during our stay just to make sure we we have everything that we need. Christina even took us on hike in the neighborhood with amazing views. The one bedroom studio has everything for your perfect vacation. They truly thought about every details. The bed is pretty comfortable and the room is nicely decorated. You can not see the ocean from the room but you just walk through the beautiful tropical garden and the ocean is there. We spend many hours on the lounge chairs just watching dolphins in the morning or sunset every evening. The beach before the house is gorgeous and it is not crowded at all. We enjoyed our walks early in the morning and most of the times we were there alone. We truly loved the location and that we were so close to everything on the North Shore. Thank you again for having us and we can not wait to come back. Mahalo
