James was a great host and has a fabulous place! We loved the location and that strollers were available to use with our kids if we needed them. There was plenty of space and the Disney themed rooms are so cute and added fun to the experience!

This property is conveniently within walking distance of Disneyland. It was clean and easily accommodated our family of 7. There were plenty of blankets and clean linens. Communication with the property owner was always clear and he was prompt with responses to questions.

A close walk to Disneyland. The place was clean and newly updated. Check in was easy and efficient. The shared community pool was empty and even though it was a little chilly out - our kids loved going to the pool for breaks.

This is such a great place to stay if you are going to visit Disney. It is an easy walk to get to downtown Disney and we never felt like it took a long time to walk back and forth. We loved the two bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Our children loved the arcade game on the wall, that was a nice touch! The kids books were also super nice to have as well. One thing we wished there was in the kitchen was a mixing bowl, we made due with a small tupperware. The vents and walls could also use a wipe down as you can tell they are pretty dirty. Overall we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it!

This condo was very clean and convenient for our Disneyland trip! There was plenty of room for my family of 6. My kids enjoyed all the Disney decorations and touches in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook breakfast in. The host was very easy to communicate with! Great stay!

Parking was not the best, but we managed. We didn’t use thr garage- we utilized the parking lot.

Was a short walk to downtown Disney. Quiet and clean... Only thing we would have liked was more TV channel options. We don't do streaming or movies on would like to just turn on TV and find something to watch, when we are at condo anyway..

Inside is decorated great for kids! Good location for walking distance to Disneyland. Outside of condos did have some trash piled up from neighbored condos. Wish it had a baby gate for our toddler besides that great place!

Stayed here with 4 adults (two couples) and a toddler (1.5 yrs). This place had everything we could ask for and more. If this is your first time staying in a VRBO, this is exactly what you'd want the end-to-end experience to be like! Owner clearly laid out instructions, driving directions, and check in and out info. He answered our questions via text in a timely fashion, too. All in all, it was a fun and functional place to stay for a week.
Best parts:
- looks exactly as described in the pictures
- well stocked--not just with kitchen items, but lots of bath and beach towels, nice sheets, ice packs, multiple stroller choices, beach chairs, toys, and kids books
- very kid-friendly
- can't beat the location
- quiet at night
- my kid obsessed over the Mickey and friends mural on the wall
We didn't use the pool, but did go to the playground.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the complex is overall a touch rundown, but it really did not take away from our experience at all--we loved it here.

There are two sides of Disneyland resort property. The majority of hotels are on Harbor Blvd with restaurants, Walgreens, and lots of traffic. But this condo is on the other side. Just as close but SO much quieter and much more space. Everything you need is included. There's a washer and dryer WITH detergent. Can't go wrong with 2.5 baths either. Wish we would have had this option when the kids were little. Had the pool to ourselves. Always felt safe even very late at night.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay here. My kids were obsessed with the mickey and gang mural and Disney books. It had more than enough room for our family of four (2 under 2) and was very close walking distance from Disneyland. It was perfect for us to come back during the day and let the kids play a little and have their lunch. If your thinking of booking do it you will not be disappointed.

The condo was easy to check into, appeared as advertised and was a short walk to Disneyland. We stayed there with 3 toddlers and were able to walk home from the park for lunch and nap time and then head back to the park for the afternoon. The only small complaint is quite minor. The condo was immaculately clean, but most of the dishes were put back in the cupboard dirty. Not the end of the world, but a little tedious to clean dishes before using them. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation to Disneyland.

We enjoyed our stay! Well-stocked with strollers (single and double), plenty of towels, beach toys, etc. we loved having access to pools, a jacuzzi, and a playground for the kids.

Host is amazing and inside of property is cute with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the availability of strollers is a big deal for our young family.
We would certainly stay here again due to the host, inside of house, and proximity to Disneyland.
However, the community needs a facelift badly. Exteriors of some of the neighborhood units are literally falling apart. Never felt unsafe or anything, just doesn't make a very good first impression when you drive up and walk through the neighborhood. It gave me a moment of dread when we pulled up thinking "what did we get ourselves into" and it was a shame because everything else was great. I know the host does not control the appearance of the entire community and previous reviews from last year indicated that the HOA was in the process of renovating the building but I only saw one or two of the buildings in the community with a rejuvenated exterior.
Stay here, you won't regret it, just know its not a bright, shiny, new condo complex.

This house was perfect for our Disneyland trip! It was well equipped with everything we needed. The double stroller was a life saver. The walk from the property to Disneyland was about 15 mins. Communication with James was great, he even let us in a bit earlier than we thought on the day of arrival. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, and James was a great host. The condo was clean, quite, and had all the things we needed during our Disneyland vacation. We've stayed at Disneyland's various hotels, as well as other neighboring hotels in the past, and the value just doesn't match up with renting a condo like this - multiple bathrooms, a private kitchen, two bedrooms, plenty of space to stretch out, ability to do laundry - why stay in a cramped hotel room? We were also happy to not have to bring our stroller, or to have to rent one of Disney's crumby strollers, as James had several stroller options available. They Disney decor in the home is cute and our kids loved it, and they also enjoyed reading some of the books in the kids' room. On our last day, our flight was delayed by 2 hours and James was kind enough to work out a late check out for us so we didn't have to sit around the airport any longer than needed. If you are looking for a sure bet, you can't go wrong staying here.

Great condo very close to Disneyland. The condo is nice and we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the snacks and other items provided such as laundry detergent which isn’t always available in rentals. The property also has a really cute private patio with a grill that was fun for dinner

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing and such a short walk to downtown disney. It was extremely clean, spacious, and affordable. The host provided everything we needed for our stay, especially the strollers. My kids loved the books and bunk bed setup. They loved the disney touches in the decorations.
This will be our go to spot when we do another disney trip. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

Great location, easy to walk to Disneyland each day. Close enough to return in afternoon for naps with small children. There was not a separate place to put crib for baby and she slept in our room but overall she was so tired from the park it didn't cause much of an issue.

We stayed at James’ place in Hermosa village for 4 nights. We are a family of 4 with kids aged 4 & 6.
It was the perfect base for our Disney/south California break.
It only took 20 minutes to get there from John Wayne airport, was easy to access and had all the comforts of home.
A well furnished house with kitchen and laundry. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a lovely sheltered patio for adults to enjoy after the kids were in bed. As a family we used the community playground and pool area too which were also clean and well maintained.
Although only a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney and a further 5 to the park gates, we found the sturdy strollers in the garage absolutely invaluable at Disney (we packed them full of snacks and waters) and also used the beach equipment provided.
The house was very clean and had all the necessary linens, as well as laundry detergents etc.
We all really enjoyed our spring break escape to the fun and warmth of south CA! Thankyou James 😊

The rental itself was great. Worked well for our family of 6. I know this is out of the renters control but the pool on the property was not well cleaned had it had ducks using it. Despite that we would absolutely stay their again.

We loved this place! James, the host, was very friendly and helpful and everything was exactly as advertised, if not better! Our only regret is that we played so much in the park, we didn't get to spend much time in the house. Our next trip to Disneyland will definitely involve seeing if this property is available again. Our family traveled to Anaheim for a Disney visit and were very happy we selected this VRBO. It was about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney at the kids pace which was just perfect. The condo was clean, had supplies we needed and we felt very safe. A 5 minute drive to Ralph's for what we needed made us feel right at home. We'd stay there again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. There is a small garage you can park in and one outside parking spot. The host has been GREAT each visit. We did not need many of the kids things but the I did see high chair and a folding crib as well as a stroller and beach items. It was so nice to be able to walk to Downtown Disney on our non-Disney days. It was a great location to stay for the Surf City Marathon. The kitchen had everything. There is a pool but we still have not made it there. Maybe next time.

First time to Disneyland for my 5 year old son and my self!!! As we were planning on other family members going we had decided to go with a VRBO rather than a hotel. Even though not everyone went this place was awesome! Some how after walking Disneyland almost all day my son still played at the park! There was amazing directions in the binder! The host was SUPER communicative! 100% will book next year!
