Our Nemo Disney-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family! This 4 bedrooms 3 bath home is renovated with families in mind. The Master bedroom has a comfortable large queen bed and a 42" LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed. Our kitchen and living area have a huge 55 inch Samsung TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi, and a Wii with several games. Cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies! The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs. We have an Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use. A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security. We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit REG2014Dash00232 Please see CITY REQUIREMENTS in the listing Description section above. Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation. Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar. Cancellation processing fee: 90 or more days prior to arrival – $100 cancellation fee 61 - 89 days prior to arrival – $300 cancellation fee 60 – 0 days prior to arrival – No Refunds / No Change of Dates CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS: *City mandated "Quiet Hours" FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours. *Max Occupancy - 10 individuals including infants and daytime visitors *Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights *Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older. *Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 4 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk. We booked as a family and Friends for the Half Marathon. Loved it. Perfect size. We walked to the Parks and Ubered home at night for convenience. New Start & Finish a bit far away but easy drive for drop off and pick up. Property couldn’t be cleaner and easier to use. So nice! Thank you!!

Location of house is great if you want to walk to Disneyland parks, probably a 10-15 minute walk. We rented a car so it took us about 3-5 minutes to go back and forth so that was nice. There’s a few things that need to be either replaced or repaired, the washer was leaking water, the sink faucet in the kitchen made really loud and weird sounds, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned and we found hairs and stains around the toilet, the plates and cups that were stored in the cabinets were super dirty, with grease and food pieces on them, the house makes a loud noise when hot water is in use (I guess the water heater is on the roof?). We had to wash them first thing when we arrived. The rooms are perfect and ideal for a big family, 4 rooms (one with a king bed, two with a queen bed - one of these rooms has a bathroom inside which was nice!, one with bunk beds and a toddler bed) all bedrooms have their own TV plus the one in the living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our little family get together at Christmas time for our Disney trip! Everything was clean. Instructions were clear and precise. The size of the rooms were perfect for what we needed. It was a 15 min. brisk walk from this property to the Downtown Disney entrance, which was very convenient. There is a pickup/drop off for a $7 Uber ride.
Cons: 1. Water pressure for showers leaves a little bit to be desired. Water pressure at the sink was fire hose power however. 2. Master bedroom closet was 18" wide. Not that we needed it for our 3 day stay, but it was really odd. 3. Door code was unnecessarily long and the combo lock took a bit of work to get right. 4. If you plan on cooking anything, bring all of your own consumables. There is no oils, no seasonings, no coffee or tea, etc.

We loved this place. It was close enough to walk to Disneyland so anybody that wanted to could go back to the house for a break. It has 3 full bathrooms which was very nice. Probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. The patio area was great and where we hung out the most there. And the decor was amazing.

This was beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the freeway. Within a 30 minute walk to Disneyland. Or short 5 minute drive. Well stocked kitchen. We would stay again.

This is a great home if you plan to go to Disney. It is less than 5 minutes away from the parks. The home is exactly how it was listed. It was spacious enough for all 7 of us and clean. The check in process was a breeze and communication with the hosts was good. The neighborhood is quiet which is important after enjoying a long day at Disneyland.

This property was perfect for our large group. There are 3 full size bathrooms, so no one needed to share. The rooms were clean, stylish, and had comfortable beds and pillows. We were within walking distance or a $7 Uber ride to Disneyland. Hosts were accomodating and communicative. I highly recommend staying here.

The neighborhood is very quite and clean. The house had everything we needed and more. Our hosts were wonderful and easy to get ahold of when needed.

This house was neat, clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. It is within walking distance, but to save time and our feet we chose pay the $30 to drive and park in the parking structure. The $30 is for the whole day, even if you leave and come back. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the by far the cleanest vacation rental that I have ever stayed in. Great for our group of 6 ( 2 parents, 4 college students). Management was very responsive. Great location, we never had a problem getting an Uber within minutes of requesting one. Quiet safe neighborhood, nice next door neighbor. Loved this place !

We had a great experience staying at Nemo House. With 5 adults and 2 kids, we had plenty of room for all, and all the basic amenities you would need. Though the weather stopped us from walking to/from Disney as planned, you can’t beat the proximity. On one of our park days, we came home for a few hours in the middle of the day to dry off and rest, and being so close, it was no big deal. I’d definitely stay here again!

This quiet and comfortable neighborhood was exactly what our family of seven was looking for during our Disney vacation. Clean, comfortable home, within easy walking distance to Downtown Disney. Comfortable beds, and living room. The kitchen was perfect for us to do some grocery shopping, and provide our own breakfast each morning (and, dinner for a couple of the nights). It’s definitely a location we will consider again.

We had a great weekend at this house. The check in process was a breeze and we were grateful for the A/C as it was a hot few days! The kids loved the theme and the bunk bed room. We walked to the front entrance of Disneyland each day via Downtown Disney which took some time (20+ minutes) but it wasn't too bad. The home was clean and spacious. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the great weather. Overall, a really great experience.

The house was great and the neighborhood was quiet. The walk to Disneyland would be a little long for kids, but for us with adult kids and one toddler in a stroller it was great. We learned to shuttle people to the drop off point just outside of Downtown Disney. All in all the stay was great and we would rent this property again.

This was a perfect place to stay for Disneyland. We were able to watch fireworks from the house, plenty of room for 3 teenagers, mom, dad and grandparents. Very clean and everything was super. We walked to Disneyland everyday. Would stay there again! Awesome!

We loved the proximity of the Nemo house to Disneyland. I'm pretty sure you could walk a block & a half & catch a city bus to the park, saving you the $30.00 parking fee & walking a lot less than from the parking garage to the park, although we never tried it. The Disneyland shuttles were not running during our visit.
We were there with our kids & grandkids ranging from 6mos - 9yrs old. The preschoolers caused us to leave the park about 6:30 or 7 each night, but we could go out in the backyard & watch the fireworks at 9 every night.
Communication with the owners was easy & they responded quickly.

Honestly we didn't spend a lot of time at the house to use all it had to offer. 14-16 hours each day at the parks and was an easy/close local to get back to for some rest. This place is nice to meet any needs.

It was everything we needed for our visit to the Disney Resort. The home had children in mind. There was plenty of room and more for only 6 of us. We could walk to Disneyland. We watched fireworks from the backyard table. We had great communication and care from the owners. They were very considerate and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

A group of 9 (3 kids, 6 adults) of us stayed for a week. The walk to Downtown Disney was about 20-30min, then another 10min walk to the front gate to Disneyland. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Note that there is no crib in the master bedroom as stated in the listing (they do have a pack n play for use though). The master bathroom shower head is all the way on the side (not in the middle of the wall) and not meant for 5’9” sized people. It was an awkward shower for my husband (6’2”) and I. The stroller that was provided was broken when we got there but the property manager provided a new one same day! The house could use a little update in the master bath and kitchen but overall the house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the pleasant vacation!

We enjoyed staying here. Our group was four adults and four children. The house had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked and we used the laundry room while we were there. We wish we had not brought our own stroller because one was supplied. The backyard was so peaceful and the children enjoyed playing in the back yard. The neighborhood was quiet. We bought shuttle tickets but then realized it really was a short walk to Disney. We enjoyed looking at all the mid-century homes on our walk. I am in my sixties and it was easy walk to Disney. Our hosts where very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

It felt safe and we liked walking to Disney. It was actually faster than parking in the parking garage! The back yard had a little slide, tables and chairs so we relaxed there a few mornings.

The house was clean, comfortable, and super convenient. It was the perfect place to stay, allowing us to relax after a busy day in the park. The numerous TVs were great as well, letting people spread out and decompress.

We really loved this Nemo themed house! The house is comfortable with all the amenities. The neighborhood is really quiet (though you can hear some of the traffic from the main road). Everything was extremely clean and directions were well explained. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is awesome but wasnt thrilled the neighbors cant get to their stuff in their own backyard cause they have a disabled truck parked in their driveway so they have to use the houses driveway to get their things out of their backyard. So it's best if you only have 1 vehicle parked and dont park near gate as to give them enough space to do their every day things. Caused me to not enjoy my 2nd and last day at Disney because I got the call I needed to go back to house and move my truck as soon as I could. Otherwise I absolutely loved everything about this home and the owners of the home were exceptionally nice and helpful. I loved our weekend aside from issue I wrote above. :)
