About this house rental
Situated in Garden Grove, this charming house for $309 per night is a great option for your next vacation. PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at any time or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you. We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Anaheim (Lic. #REG2014-00150) This lovely single family home is less than 1 mile from Disneyland or 15–20 minutes depending on how you walk. Our house is in the huge lot with the very nice neighborhood; it is close and convenient to everything. With the completely remodeled house, you will feel warm and welcome in this lovely house. The living room has a Direct TV for you to enjoy in family time. With an additional TV in the Master Bedroom and one in one of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully functioning to get ready to serve. Our dining room is connected directly with a living room where your family can enjoy family dinner. The master bedroom has a beautiful king set with a twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have queen & twin beds for other family members to stay together. Outside you will have the huge covered patio where you can see fireworks from Disneyland during nighttime. We also have the laundry room available, and the whole house is Wi-Fi internet ready for you to enjoy while on vacation. For the baby, we have a stroller, high chair and crib. We hope our house provide you with everything that make your vacation magical and unforgettable. At our corner streets, there are big shopping centers where you can walk in less than 5 minutes from home. You can find; Bank of America, Chase Bank, gas station, Food4Less supermarket, Walmart, McDonald, Starbucks, Arby’s, Taco Bell, China Buffet and a lot more… Please make sure to call us whenever there is an issue! We will resolve it as soon as we can. Update 2/11/2021: Due to large complaints from the city and neighbors, the Game Room will be closed from now on. Update 2/11/2021: Added 3 more TVs, one in the Master room, another in 1 of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room.

Size was perfect for our group of 7 adults with two baby’s. 3 bathrooms was a big plus. Owner was great. We had first planned this trip to Disney when COVID hit and we had booked this property and had to cancel and owner was so cooperative. I was sure to choose his place when we rebooked. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Place was nice and clean other than I thought the floors could have been a little cleaner.

Great location could walk to Disneyland . Grocery store close . This house has lots of sleeping areas which worked well for our family. Nice safe parking. No outdoor furniture. The house could use a deep cleaning.

We had a great stay! This house is nice and large for our group. We felt comfortable and safe, and were happy with our choice to stay here.
A few little things: one of the rooms had extremely hard beds. Had we had more time we would have purchased an egg crate topper for them. The floors, walls, vents and baseboards could use cleaning perhaps he cleans these on a rotation and we came at the end of rotation. There is no coffee pot only a “keurig” style one. Nor is there a kettle. Both of these are shown in the kitchen photo but are not in the kitchen. You can see Disney fireworks from the back yard but barely. These are all things we noticed but none were deal breakers we had a wonderful stay. Tony is a wonderful host. We won’t forget him and his kindness and recommendations for the area.
We recommend this house if you are looking for a VRBO near Disneyland.

We couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay at for our Disneyland Vacation. The location is close to the park. We drove into the Toy Story parking lot everyday and it’s a strait shot, less than 10 minutes from leaving the house to getting out of the car. The property was clean and well maintained. We were a group of 6 adults and two young kids and there was room for everyone. The kids enjoyed getting to play on the large outside patio in the mornings, and there was space to park cars behind a gate which was really appreciated. We definitely will be staying at the property again for our next group Disney vacation.

We were a party of 8 (3 children, 5 adults) staying for a Disneyland vacation. House is one level which is great for kids, there was plenty of space, including 3 full bathrooms (a HUGE plus) and comfortable beds. Television was difficult to figure out how to turn on (despite 3 adults who are tech savvy) and owner had to come show us. Owner very responsive by the way and easy to communicate with. Kitchen sufficient for cooking simple meals. Plenty of towels. There is a definite need for more blankets. Each bed had one thin bedspread, and no other coverings available. This would be a simple thing to add to the house. Very nice, safe neighborhood. Also, and this is certainly not a criticism, but just be aware that the house is NOT walkable to Disney, especially if you are with children and the summer heat is high. A fit adult walking briskly can do it in 40 minutes each way from the house to the entrance to the park (we are all fit and tried this one morning without the children). It is however an easy drive, about 10 minutes at most. Parking is $30 per day at Disney, and you can come and go. Uber rides were under $10 each way. All in all a great stay.

The house was perfect. Our family was meeting up from 3 different states. We had two littles and there was a bed and crib in one room with a queen. We loved the gate we could park behind. It meant our cars were not out on the street and it also provided a place for the kids to run without worrying they would get close to the street. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store nearby for when you for got ketchup. All round fabulous property. We would stay there again.

My family of 7 adults and 3 kids enjoyed this house in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Disneyland. Comfortable beds, very clean and updated baths and kitchen, and plenty of towels made for a relaxing retreat after long days out having fun. Many stores and restaurants nearby in case you need supplies. The only thing I would add is some extra blankets for those who like to sleep without the heat on.

We parked each day at the Mickey and Friends garage which was a little less that 10 minutes away....being so close we also came out of the park each afternoon for a 2-3 hour "break" because it was so close and convenient. Tony was very easy to work with and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! If it is available just go ahead and book it....you won't regret it!!

We had a great stay! No frills, but plenty of space- four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and everything was extremely clean. We drove to Disneyland and it was 8 minutes, super nice when we were coming home late. Tony was very communicative and checkout process was super simple. Would stay again!

I will start by saying that Tony, the property owner, was very communicative and very accommodating for our party, however, we will not book this place again. We book many home rentals throughout the year in California, and this was the worst one we have experienced.
There were 11 of us in the traveling party, and while the house says it sleeps 11, the hot water definitely cannot keep up. We ran out of hot water every night when only half of us were trying to take showers.
Besides the water issue, the house is in definite need of some TLC (paint, dusting, deep cleaning etc.) The doors, near the handles, were so dirty that I took a Clorox wipe myself and wiped them down. Also, we found termites (live ones) in the door casing of the master bathroom, as well as ant traps in cabinets, and roach motels... not exactly what we expected.
The listing also stated a 'stocked kitchen'... There were no cooking sheets, just a couple of pans, no griddle, and barely enough silverware for a day's worth of eating. The grill outside also did not work - it took us about 45 minutes to cook hot dogs because it would not stay hot.
The bedding/linens supply was also inadequate. 2 to 3 big towels for the bathrooms, a few wash rags and handtowels, and that was it. There was no stash of extra comforters or sheets either and the lows at night were around 45 degrees. The heater worked well, fortunately, but we didn't know to bring blankets from home.

This location is great for multiple families- we had our 3 kids and 2 sets of grandparents for a Disney trip and had plenty of space. Their isn’t a lot of “extra” things like linens or kitchen supplies but it has everything you need and we spent most of our time at the parks anyways. We could have walked but it is just a little far after a long day of walking around the park so we drove to the Toy Story parking lot which is a super short easy drive and their is plenty of parking at the house which was nice since we had 2 rental cars. The check-in process was very easy and Tony even let us in a little early since the house was ready and we needed to get our littles settled for naps after traveling. Overall we had a great stay!
