About this house rental
PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at any time or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.
We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Anaheim (Lic. #REG2014-00150) This lovely single family home is less than 1 mile from Disneyland or 15–20 minutes depending on how you walk. Our house is in the huge lot with the very nice neighborhood; it is close and convenient to everything. With the completely remodeled house, you will feel warm and welcome in this lovely house. The living room has a Direct TV for you to enjoy in family time. With an additional TV in the Master Bedroom and one in one of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully functioning to get ready to serve. Our dining room is connected directly with a living room where your family can enjoy family dinner.
The master bedroom has a beautiful king set with a twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have queen & twin beds for other family members to stay together.
Outside you will have the huge covered patio where you can see fireworks from Disneyland during nighttime.
We also have the laundry room available, and the whole house is Wi-Fi internet ready for you to enjoy while on vacation. For the baby, we have a stroller, high chair and crib. We hope our house provide you with everything that make your vacation magical and unforgettable.
At our corner streets, there are big shopping centers where you can walk in less than 5 minutes from home. You can find; Bank of America, Chase Bank, gas station, Food4Less supermarket, Walmart, McDonald, Starbucks, Arby’s, Taco Bell, China Buffet and a lot more…

Update 2/11/2021: Due to large complaints from the city and neighbors, the Game Room will be closed from now on.
Update 2/11/2021: Added 3 more TVs, one in the Master room, another in 1 of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family, (including kids and grandkids), to stay! The location is fantastic; it’s so close to Disneyland, a two minute walk to the grocery store and a great doughnut shop as well! Tony has thought of everything you could possibly need and the always responded to our questions. I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you have a large group.

Basic house good for our large family trip to Disneyland and Universal Studios. Nothing fancy, no frills, but all the essentials were met. Reasonably priced for what you get. We appreciated the easy checkout process and the availability of lots of clean towels.

This was the best place we could’ve picked to have stayed in Anaheim for our vacation. Tony got back to us immediately with any questions I had. When we go back, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Our family felt safe & comfortable.
