Very nice, comfortable, well stocked 2 level end unit condo with expansive, unobstructed views of the gorgeous beach and turquoise waters from every room! Lots of comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing! Great snorkeling right out door! Best restaurants so close (Pallette! and Stoned Crab)!

The pictures do not do the condo or the view justice. The home is so much nicer and very roomy. It is very well stocked, including snorkels, paddle boards, kitchen supplies, and more. The two balconies are a dream. Robin is so great and very responsive. My only complaint is that 11 days was not enough!

The residence just had a good vibe, decorated like a home not a hotel. We especially like that they had a Kamado style cooker outside on their covered deck, we used it for almost all of our "at home" meals. Views were amazing, and the snorkeling is good right in front of the residence.

All units were cleaned and many items not normally provided was on hand.

Where to begin is our challenge in this review. Let’s start with Freeport and the people. If you are looking for a great family and peaceful vacation, or in our case 6-week extended stay, this is this the place. The people, weather, beaches, restaurants, everything was outstanding (If you are looking for wild party nights you will be better off going to Nassau). English is the primary language and US currency is accepted everywhere. We would recommend you rent a car from one of the local car companies as well. They are inexpensive and well worth it. That leads us to reviewing our stay at the Blue Peral. Our host Robin was incredible. We did have a few questions/needs and she was always there to make our stay so enjoyable. In business they say it is all about location, location, location. If that is true, the Blue Peral hits the jackpot. The pictures do not do justice to how peaceful and beautiful. Also, the beach is virtually private and just perfect for sunbathing, paddle boarding, or snorkeling. We did a BBQ half the nights we were there and ate out on the veranda, yes, the porch is that large, watching the sunset. In 6 weeks, there was not a day/night that we didn’t just sit back and enjoy the view. Simply put – amazing! The price for the value we received was outstanding as well. The Blue Peral should be a must if you are looking to stay in The West Grand Bahamas. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay here! The beachfront is beautiful, with a gorgeous stone breakwall and a pathway to a secluded, white sand beach. We walked for miles taking in the gorgeous turquoise waters, and fell asleep at night to the crashing surf. Always a refreshing breeze off the ocean. Snorkelling right out front. It is a quiet area and was like having your own private beach. The condo has wrap around decks on both the main floor living area and from the upstairs master bedroom. We enjoyed both sunrises and gorgeous sunsets from these decks. Lots of great seating too. The condo has all the comforts of home and has a well equipped kitchen. We were delighted to have all the appliances we needed including a Ninja Blender for our daily smoothies. The house is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and has really lovely and comfortable furnishings. Robin was so wonderful to work with, eager to make us comfortable, and we deeply appreciated her responsiveness to any and all of our questions. This property is secluded and a natural beauty. We shopped at Solomon’s and enjoyed meals at the MadKap restaurant which is just a short walk away. The Wed Fish Fry is great fun with music and dancing on Taino Beach. We used a taxi service but would recommend a car rental if you want to take in all the Island has to offer. Friday night dinner and dancing at the Coral Beach Resort was fun and good restaurants in Port Lucaya. Thank you Robin! We hope to stay with you again soon. 🤗

Everything was great. My family loves seeing new places and I mentioned, so what next, the Cayman Islands? The immediate response from everyone was, we're coming back to this place! It was great! The home was fantastic. We had 7 in our family and everyone had a place to stay. There was great snorkeling right out front. Just go down the stairs, crawl down the rocks into the water and go straight out! Want beach, go to the left of your balcony, and you can get a very private space and there's like a little cove of rocks where your tiny tots can go into the ocean and not get thrown around. Go to the right side (facing out to the ocean from the balcony), and it's a short walk to a couple little coves of great beach! Fun waves to boogie board, nice white sand that made great castles. Tons of shells to find, lots of conch shells.
It was so easy to just relax here. The hosts were super awesome. They responded very quickly to questions and gave great suggestions. The keep a binder of stuff in the house of local menus and stuff. When we got sick of sea water we hit the pool and it was great! Town is not far off. I could go on for a long time about how great everything was. We want to return for sure!

Second time that we have stayed there. Fabulous location and spectacular views from the balcony outside the main living area.
Disappointed to see the huge surf-board back in the 3rd bedroom!! The furniture is looking a bit "tired" now. Ideal spot for a family to stay, with the beach only yards away.

The island as a whole is still suffering a lack of tourism (2019 hurricane and 2020 Covid) but EVERY Bahamian person we encountered thanked us for coming and went out of their way to be welcoming. They are counting on us to come and if you stay at this condo you WILL NOT be disappointed. It is centrally located and once you master the left side of the road driving and the traffic circles getting around is a breeze. Book & Go NOW!!

Een prachtig huis, waar we allen ons thuis voelden. Prima bededen, een heerlijke keuken met alles erop en er aan. Fantastisch uitzicht en een topbalkon op 2 lagen. Heerlijk buiten zitten en buiten eten ook mogelijk.
Heerlijk snorkelen kan voor de deur. Het huren van een auto is wel zinvol, want dan kun je het iemand verder ook nog ontdekken. Prachtig! We hebben enorm genoten van het huis, de gastvrijheid en het eiland. Als we nogmaals komen, komen we zeker terug naar dit huis/plekje. Bedankt!!

The location of the condo was hands down the best on the island. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Robin was very helpful through out our stay, going above and beyond.

Loved it!
We spent 10 days at this gorgeous villa with our children - 10, 13 and 16 -
plenty of space. Favourite feature is the wrap around patio deck on both levels - a great place to read a book, listen to the waves and watch the sunset. A car is needed to get around the island and we were out every day - gold rock beach and scuba dives with unexso being our favourities. Robin was both proactive ane responsive. Highly recommend!

Great porch on two floors with comfortable seating for every outdoor occasion - reading a book, taking a nap, talking with family. Can move around the corner when sun gets hot on one side. Robin is very responsive and helpful. Decor is fun and ocean themed and kitchen is well stocked with cookware. We cooked most all meals (shopped several times at Solomon's). Rented a car from Brad's which was very necessary. Can't walk anywhere really. Drove to Lucayan NP and Gold Rock beach which was fantastic. ($5 per person for the day) Took a trip to Sweetings Cay and Turtle Park with kayak and snorkel (Brice of Fran's Travel and Capt Phil). Beach time by the condo several days was also great and at Fortune's Bay with a nice parking lot and Banana Bay right next door. The island has closed businesses which still look like they may be open on the web but Hurricanes have taken a toll and lots of houses boarded up. We went to find a few from the web and they were not in business. Most restaurants are at the Cruise Port or by Port Lucaya Marketplace. Easy driving. Visit to Rand Nature Center was just a walk in the woods with a rescued peacock and not worth it. Lucayan NP and East Island are much better. Tip: All beaches are public even if signs indicate private property, 10 feet up from high water mark is public so we walked beaches and enjoyed. No one minded.

Breathtaking views
We absolutely loved this condo, Robin was great at answering all of our questions, pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect little piece of paradise. Waking up in the morning to watch the giant sting rays swimming in the water from the balcony was awesome. The kids loved exploring all the sea life in the tide pools. We did a lot of relaxing here. I can’t wait to do a return visit!

LOVED IT! The best views! Perfect family vacation!
This property is amazing! The views are astonishing, everything updated, the furniture is beautiful, decorated with such great taste. As I told Robin, we cannot think of anything we could have needed, that the house didn't have.
It is steps from the ocean, warm and clear water, and the color! OMG the color! As another guest said, the pictures do not do justice. We would pick up the snorkels (available in the house), and jump to the ocean to see the thousands of beautiful fish and corals.
We were a group of 7 (3 adults and 4 teenagers), and we were more than comfortable. It was our first time in Freeport, and we wanted to visit the beaches, but we didn't want to leave the house. That's how good it is. We felt at home. The BBQ on the terrace, with the dining set and sofas were perfect for our afternoons, watching the sunsets and hearing the roar of the ocean. The breeze, the peace, everything was perfect!
The pool was impeccable, and most of the time all for ourselves. Gated community, very safe. We came back yesterday, and we would have stayed for a whole month if we could! Robin is the best! This was actually not our first plan, but due to unforeseen circumstances we decided to go to Bahamas (the day before). She went far and beyond to accommodate us, responding every question super fast, and checking on us, upon arrival and during our stay. Thank you so much for all your help and for sharing your paradise home. We would definitely come back!!!

The absolute BEST views right here!!!
The variations in the beach and shorelines that surround this property are simply amazing. If you’re one who enjoys the ocean waters and snorkeling in them, this is the ideal place. We almost always had the areas to ourselves. It presents an incredibly serene atmosphere. The rental was perfect for us, enough space for 5 adults to be very comfortable (3 being my adult sized daughters) The patio was so relaxing and I’m regretting not spending enough time on the top floor patio. Robin was great before, during and after our stay. She responds quickly to any messages sent. I questioned her to death prior to our arrival and she was always very helpful. Easy entry to rental, no safety issues encountered and the complex is quiet. The pool was always clean and hardly anyone ever there. Someone reviewed that they were unhappy with the hot tub as it wasn’t hot, with 85-90 degree weather we never once wanted to get into a HOT tub, and even with the days being so hot, the pool water was always refreshing!! I didn’t want a resort type vacation, just a relaxing and peaceful time on the ocean and this property in its entirety, gave exactly that!!! AC was never a problem, everything worked as it should. I really have NO complaints about this rental and my experience. The pictures do not do it justice in my opinion. I spent more time outside of the condo than in it as the beauty surrounding this property is hard to walk away from!! I would definitely rent this space again!
