Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events. Come experience an enjoyable stay in this classic Folly Beach townhome that has been completely renovated to exemplify a new modern quintessential Folly, only a short walk to the ocean and just one block from Center Street shops and restaurants. This property is the perfect family vacation location that can be rented separately, or book both for family and friends vacationing together. Two separate units; each home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a laid-back open floor plan for cooking, dining and living that opens into a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard with a garden patio, dining chairs, charcoal grill and a private hot/cold outdoor shower. This family and dog friendly townhome is decorated with lively colors and eye-catching features to make you feel right at home on Folly. Downstairs, the home has a laid-back open floor plan where family and friends can gather together in the comfortable living and kitchen area with a quintessential dining nook. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter space. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Just off the kitchen, there a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, including a queen size pull out sofa for additional sleeping. With the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, this apartment will easily give you space to enjoy your privacy as well. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with upgrade linens, custom wardrobe, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, with custom furniture. You'll be able to enjoy outdoor living in the large, beautifully landscaped backyard with a dining patio area and a charcoal grill. There is a private hot/cold outdoor rain shower, and the yard is completely fenced which also makes it a great play area for the kids and pets. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs. We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. This home is 900 Sq. Ft. If you have more than 5 or 6 people but less than 10 or 12, you can rent both units and have the entire property to yourselves! Rental Registration Number STR22-00309

Great location. Easy walk to everything. House was clean, had everything we needed and a nice little outdoor area. Really enjoyed porch fest, which just happened to be gong on that Saturday. Appreciated the host sending an email out about the event. Would stay here again.

I couldn’t be more pleased by the facilities and the hosts. I stayed in one property for most of my visit, but due to incoming hurricane Isabel they relocated me to a higher elevation property, which was even nicer and closer to the beach. I thought that was incredibly considerate of them, and made for a safe, enjoyable stay. Beach access is super easy as indicated and that was my prime objective. The house is well appointed and cleverly designed to make the most of, a small footprint would definitely stay again !

We ended up leaving on the second day due to the dryer not working and then the air conditioning failing twice. Also, no TV a stations were available to us. Great location and the property manager WAS brilliant! Quite unfortunate, especially with three young, excited kids.

So relaxing and laid back. The space was centrally located which allowed us to walk everywhere. The restaurants serve delicious meals in a laid back atmosphere. Our apartment was awesome. The outdoor shower made things easy and allowed us to deposit our sand outside and not in the living quarters.

Came down here with some friends on an impulse trip after a bit of corporate burnout. The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, tvs in both master and living room. The puppy loved running around the fenced in backyard. It had everything one could need and was close to so many good restaurants/coffee shops. I absolutely want to come back!

Picked this rental because rented 2 years prior and enjoyed our stay. We received an email 3 days before our departure that our rental unit air conditioner was broken. Fans were provided but still rental was extremely hot upstairs. Made it difficult to sleep at night. Also after check in we were notified that dryer was broken. We stay at this rental because pets are allowed and very clean property. However, after no air conditioning this trip will think twice about booking with this property again.

My husband and I just spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed the stay! This property is well located off Center Street and just a few blocks to the beach. The apartment has a duplex layout with a dedicated parking spot and private patio/fenced yard. Well stocked kitchen, modern bathroom, in unit W/D and comfy king sized bed in the master. The communication in advance was smooth and entry was easy with a lockbox on-site. Would definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for us! Very close to everything and only a few minutes to the beach. The out door shower was the best, I don't think I took one shower inside... The little patio was also perfect place to hang out with the umbrella's to block the sun. The place was also very clean, had plenty of towels and room to hang inside on the one rainy day. We would book here again if we go back to Charleston.
