About this house rental

Nestled in Kuttawa, this lovely house for $67 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a mobile home that has been completely remodeled and updated with many modern styles and amenities. It h as 2 bedrooms, 1 with a full size bed and the master suite has a queen bed. The master suite also has a stand up shower and a very nice garden tub. The living room as a couch that has a hide a bed any it. We also have air mattresses if needed. There is a small deck on the front of the house to sit and relax and a bigger one on the back. Sitting out back and relaxing, there is nothing behind there, other than mother nature and tranquility. The proof is in the reviews. We are located 3.3 miles from getting in the water at Lake Barkley and about 12 miles from the beach area on Kentucky Lake. There is plenty to do outdoors in this area. Very near multiple restaurants and only about 10 minutes from Eddyville and 40 miles to Paducah. It's about 90 miles to Nashville, makes a great day trip if the weather turns rainy. There are plenty of places to rent boats to get out on the water and enjoy fishing or swimming. We have plenty of room for you to park your boats and keep the live wells going. We have had fisherman, hunters, quilters, and traveling workers stay with us. We also have another place in front of this one, if you need more space for multiple families. There is even plenty of grass to pop a tent or park a camper. If you need space for relax, play or work, we have what you need. If you have any questions or recommendations don't hesitate to ask.

Couldn't get the TV to work. Ot was hot in side when we checked in and the power went off in half of the house. Ever difficult to get info for pre-planning. It was not a bad location from the boat ramp. Should have been dirctions on What to do to get the house running. For example yhe AC was off, you would have thought with a check in that would have been on. Althought the lady i did speack to several times was nice.

The property is quiet and nice. The home was clean and decorated cute. Nicely located to get around. We had a small miscommunication at check-in but the property managers were quick to take care of the situation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Communication with owner throughout the vacation. Made sure we had everything we needed. When bad weather hit called to make sure everything was ok. Very nice home and very nice community. We will definitely vacation here again.

It was a decent place to stay. We were looking forward to sitting on the back porch in the evenings. We were not able to do that, since 1 it was still during when we arrived (eventually was taken care of) 2, there were massive spiderweb with huge spiders on all sides of the deck. Also would be nice to be told there are 2 other "houses" a camper and another trailer right there on the property. It was odd that that wasn't in the description of the property. Also that there would be dogs wandering around. Overall it was ok just to stay at night.
