About this apartment rental
This 1 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
Pets are welcome with a $20/night fee.
Sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided.
The front porch offers a nice view of the bay and park with pickle ball courts, playgrounds, OC Skate Bowl across the street. Just 2 short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and beach volleyball courts.
After a day at the beach, cool off at our tropical themed outdoor pool.
Free fishing pier on the bay - 1 block away.
Full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot.
With plenty of pot/pans, dishes and utensils for cooking.
Free Wifi is available.
Just park the car and walk to many restaurants and activities or grab the bus 1 block away to go up town.
Newly remodeled, fresh paint and clean !
A small grocery store is on the corner and has just about anything you would need, including delicious breakfast sandwiches and subs.

The location was great. Right across the street from the skatepark and a playground. The condo was clean and check in was easy to navigate. We had an issue with the code for the pool but the host answered the phone in a timely fashion and got everything figured out for us immediately. It was extremely pet and family friendly. We will 100% be staying here again in the future!!

We stayed here 3 years ago because they are dog friendly. We came back again this year because it is the perfect place for us. The location is awesome. The park across the street is so convenient for taking our dogs out for a walk. We love spending mornings a half block away on the bay. It's right in the mix of everything you need to enjoy a trip to OC. The place is clean and exactly as described and pictured. Hopefully it won't take another 3 years to visit OC again but you can be sure whenever it is we'll be staying here.
