Newly fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2&1/2 bathroom open concept, large comfortable 2 story condo - new comfort top beds, new stainless steel appliances, new floors, new furniture, new air conditioning (2 units)- everything is new as of Jan.2016. Great peaceful view of conservation off 2nd floor screened balcony. The property is quiet, but close to everything you would want for a getaway. Tennis, pool, bikes, fitness center, tiki bar, private club restaurant, beach access - all included. Large garage provides lots of room for all of the beach supplies which are provided (chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc) . There are multiple parking places. It is rare to have this much space on Longboat Key... so it's a treat to have high ceilings, big rooms and everything you would want at a resort.

Owner was super accommodating, check in process was easy and property in a great location. Property itself was pretty worn and not the cleanest, including stained bedding. I rated Acuracy of Online Listing a 3 because the pictures look much nicer than reality. The reviews of 5/5 are, in part, why we chose this property but unfortunately I cannot give that same rating.

Condo was excellent. Spacious, clean, nicely furnished, & fully equipped kitchen. Owner was easy to work with. Very cooperative. Location on island was great, but would have liked better beach access. The pool & fitness center- excellent.

Great home away from home while enjoying the pleasure of Florida in winter!

This was our second year staying in this townhouse because we enjoyed the comfort and convenient location so much. The owners make sure you have plenty of supplies on hand and respond immediately if any problems arise. Close to restaurants, beaches and parks, and the St. Armand shopping. Plenty of room for guests as well. Look no further for the best Longboat Key destination!

Great condo in a great location.

The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. The owners were friendly, helpful and responsive. They left great instructions and needed information. The only drawback was the steep flight of steps from entryway to the main level and an equally steep flight of steps to the bedrooms. This might be a challenge to older guests or families with young children. Long Boat Key offers many outdoor activities, great restaurants and sightseeing opportunities.

We loved this place! The owners have done a wonderful job with the updates, and have made sure you have everything you might need in the way of kitchen ware, linens, beach supplies, even toilet paper and tissues. They were very quick to respond to any concerns that came up during our five week stay and made sure we were happy with everything. Couldn't have asked for a better location-beach, a lovely park, restaurants all within walking distance, and a very nice grocery store just a few minutes down the road. We've already booked for next year!

We had a terrific stay at this property. The unit is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, serving pieces, dinnerware and glassware. Our family of five fit comfortably - there are two bedrooms upstairs and a very comfortable sofa bed downstairs in the living room area. The unit is also stocked with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles and other beach toys, as well as a big duffle on wheels for transporting the beach supplies to the beach. The unit is across the street from the beach - the access point is a quick walk from the unit, or there are a number of parking areas very close by. The beach is beautiful - clear water and white sand. There is a nice pool in the Cedars development, which is a quick walk from the unit, as well as a lot of tennis courts. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Longboat Key.

We had a fabulous time. The townhome is spacious and tastefully decorated. It had everything you need, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were also plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, floats, games etc). I have been to places that had one roll of toilet paper and nothing else - here I felt that the owners put a lot of thought into making their guests' stay easy and enjoyable! Also, the beds/mattresses were super comfortable. The resort was nice, the walk to the beach very short and comfortable. All in all we would recommend this place 100% and we would definitely rent it again. Last but not least: The owners are very helpful and always just a phone call or message away.

We were so pleased with our stay. The unit has everything you would need to have a relaxing vacation. Condo is beautiful, bright, and spacious. Six of us had more than enough room. Walk to beach is not hard at all and takes only 3 minutes. We loved the boardwalk to the pool also not far at all. It has plenty of towels, beach chairs, and other beach accessories ready for you. The owner was so helpful to me and is just a phone call away if you need anything at all. We would definitely stay here again. I can't say enough about how wonderful this unit and our vacation was!

We loved the place alot and will stay again if we're ever back down to the Long Boat area. The townhouse had everything we could possibly want. It was fully furnished with everything imaginable. It was very nice and clean and we loved it. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and there were plenty of chairs and stuff to use for the beach.

This was our 5th time at Cedars and our first time at this unit. It was absolutely breathtaking! Newly renovated and very comfortable. Owners spared no expense, and they even came to meet us on our first day there to make sure everything was ok. I can honestly say that this was, by far, the nicest unit we have rented in Longboat Key to date! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!!! Very clean, modern and all of the amenities you could ask for. In addition, we had very comfortable, and well made chairs that were provided to use at the beach, usage of the gym, tennis courts and pool, and--Just to mention, a fabulous washer and dryer that REALLY worked and worked well! (this seems to always be a problem with rentals, but not with these folks! They did it right the first time!!!) We had more than enough beach towels and the owners made sure we had enough of the necessities (i.e, toilet paper, paper towels, even laundry and dish soap!) I can honestly say, that iIn all the years we have been going to Cedars, this folks were the most accommodating and excellent hosts we have ever encountered. I plan on renting again next year as soon as I get the school schedule! Can't say enough about how wonderful the unit and the owners were to us!!! Only thing I can't reveal is when we were there, as I don't want to loose my spot for next year!!

Looking for warm weather

This was our fifth visit to Cedars Tennis Resort but our first visit to to this unit. It was by far the best unit we have rented. We usually stay 3/6 weeks so we like the accommodations to be nice plus I'm an interior decorator and a bit fussy about the interiors. They were outstanding. The condo had just been completely refurbished and they did an excellent job. The new floors where fabulous. The owners were very hands on and answered any inquiries or request immediately. I don't think you could ask for better. My favorite thing was NO artificial floral arrangements or trees and no palms trees on anything! Plenty of free surfaces for our personal items and not over decorated. We always enjoy the cafe and tiki bar and eat there frequently - no cooking and no driving- just a nice stroll in the resort. Also, you can't beat Harry's quick stop market, restaurant and deli (3 separate businesses) just up the street or Lazy Lobster.
