The space includes a large living room with 16 ft. vaulted ceilings. All bedrooms feature comfy, queen size beds. Master suite is very spacious with large en suite bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and a gas stove. The most appealing part of this property is definitely the outdoor living area. With amenities such as a fire pit, grill and a bar on a large deck, you will be tempted to spend most of your time outside. We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable and this home had everything we needed for our visit to celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. We hope to be back soon.

The house was great for 4 sisters to spend the weekend. Very convenient to downtown Franklin and Nashville. Kitchen was well equipped & porch was a good size to hang out on. Big tv in living room was a great place to unwind after a day at Dickens Christmas in Franklin.

This was the perfect place to enjoy all of Nashville. Downtown Nashville was a convenient drive away but we were able to enjoy a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle.

This home is exactly as advertised. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We were traveling with family, including my 86 year old mother. She was able to get up the 5 steps to enter the house and the house was very comfortable for her. There is loads of baby equipment in the master bedroom closet. We spent a beautiful evening out in the back yard grilling steaks and enjoying the fire pit. This was the perfect choice for us because it is very close to the Ramsey Event Center where my husband was attending a conference, but also very convenient to Nashville.

3 couples arrived at the property on Tuesday for a Saturday wedding. Trevice provided the door code 24 hours in advance which was perfect since we were all traveling from different areas of iowa and illinois. The house is nicely decorated, in a quiet neighborhood and the location was perfect for us. Gave us quick access to golf, historical sites, downtown Nashville, Arrington vineyards and the wedding venue in spring hill. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the coffee selections!

This was exactly how the Host described it - super convenient to everything in Franklin and a short trip into Nashville if you so desire. All the dining and shopping you want or need are within 10 minutes by car. The home was immaculate with newer appliances and amenities that show the Hosts care about what they are doing. I would highly recommend this place for all travelers in the area - but I hope it is available when we make our next trip this way :)

There is nothing negative I can say about this place. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly, he gave great advice on where to eat. The house is very clean and well supplied. Location is perfect. Our family had a great weekend and would stay here again. 😊

There were six adults and the house had a nice dining room table we could all sit at. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Perfect location to go to Nashville or a lot of things to do in Franklin/Leipers Fork. The host always got back to me within minutes when I would message them. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property has a great location in Franklin. It was nice since it was close enough to Nashville. The house was very clean and entry process was easy to access after the property owner shared it. The rooms were spacious and my family enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this property.

Here for a conference and family’s first time in a vacation rental. It was great! The location is minutes away from everything you need and close enough to Nash but not too close. The back patio was delightful! We enjoyed our stay!

We were pleased the minute we walked in to the home. Owners were quick to respond when needed! Weather was not in our favor so we unfortunately were not able to spend any time on the deck. Away from the hustle bustle but close enough to lovely downtown Franklin. Beds very comfy! Overall would recommend this property for a nice relaxing getaway!

House is clean and perfect for a getaway to the Nashville area for folks not wanting to be in the middle of Nashville. Very convenient to Franklin, Nolansville, Leapers Fork, and Arrington areas. Can still be downtown Nashville in 15-20 mins.

Super cute house in a wonderful neighborhood. Lots of space in the backyard. Rooms were good size ! Comfortable beds. I very much appreciated the availability of baby items such as the high chair. I would definitely stay here again with my family. If I had one complaint it would be there were no usable sharp knives for cooking. If your planning on cooking a true meal here keep that in mind. There was a chopping knife available but very very very dull; barely able to cut softer vegetables.

The house looks just as pictured, very quiet nice neighborhood. We saw deer walking through the neighborhood one morning. It’s about 5 minutes away from downtown. The mattresses weren’t the best and there is only one tv which is in the living room, none in the bedrooms which was a little disappointing with a small child but overall it’s a great place for a short trip.

Secure, clean house with best location for visiting Nashville/Franklin/Arrington. House is also close to groceries and other eateries. Great fire pit for evening conversations outdoors. Owner is responsive with quick communication. Easy drive to the hustle and bustle of your choice but then get away from it all in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

The location was great. The water system was a little difficult, shower would go from comfortable to scalding hot to cold. The kitchen is a little dark. Over all we did enjoy our stay.

Nicely decorated home, clean and well stocked, awesome deck where we enjoyed drinking morning tea and coffee. It would be great for a cookout as well and is shaded by trees. Beds were comfy which is not always the case in rental homes. Quiet neighborhood was nice for taking a walk. Hostess was gracious and attentive to our needs when we had an issue upon check in - she responded immediately, and it was resolved quickly. Even left us some special treats for the inconvenience. I would stay here again and recommend it for any party up to 6 people. Tissues in the bathroom would be a nice addition, otherwise a full 5 stars all around!

The house was super clean, stylish and comfortable. We only used 2 of the bedrooms, beds were comfortable. Master was large with plenty of storage. 2nd bedroom smaller but was close to hall bath. Nice deck with large shady trees. Not alot of sunlight in the house, but we were only there early morning and evening anyway. It worked out perfect for a little friend/cousin getaway.
