Nestled in Brentwood, this attractive cottage for $167 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy being surrounded by Harlinsdale Farm with trails, dog park, kayak launch and fishing pond! Walk to The Factory with eateries and shops as well as a Saturday morning Farmer's market. Spread a blanket on the park lawn and enjoy the sunset. Go for a morning run or cross the street to Five Daughter's bakery for world class cinnamon rolls. Enjoy a walking tour of Civil War History or local ghost lore! Ditch the car and catch the Trolley to explore all that our charming city has to offer. This home was built in the 1930's to house workers from The Factory which produced mattresses once upon a time! It is a charming cottage, 850 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The den has a sleeper sofa as well. Each room has a queen bed. The home is most comfortable for four guests but can sleep six in a pinch. There is also a pack-N-play available for guest use. The front and backyards border the park with openings in the fence for locals to access the park. Two parking spots are available as well. There is a keyless entry system with code. You also have access to a stack unit washer and dryer, Keurig, iron with tabletop ironing board, hair dryer, kitchen staples(cooking oil, salt, pepper, basic spices, sugar packets). Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, blender, microwave, toaster, hand mixer and utensils. Basic cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent also available. Two parking spaces are provided at the back entry to the home. There is a city trolly that picks up at The Factory by which you can travel around the city and to the Cool Springs Galleria. Downtown Franklin is less than a mile from this home and is walkable by sidewalk.

The property has all new appliances, tiled shower, large flat screen TV, comfortable bed and furniture, coffee/tea bar and a lovely location. We had some trouble working the keypad entrance ( operator error I would bet). They drove 15 min to the property to get us in. Easy to communicate and work with.

This property was perfect for our Annual iTrip Summit, a short term rental property management franchise meeting, which was held just around the corner at The Factory in Franklin. While the majority of our 90+ franchisees stayed in local hotels, I got very lucky and was able to book this property for our convention. The rates were well within our budget, and the property over performed. Very clean and simple and located in the middle of what seems to be an old horse farm, this home offers panoramic views in a peaceful setting, and located near everything you need in Cool Springs or historic downtown Franklin. Highly recommend! 5 Stars

Great cozy home that is perfectly near Nashville without being "in the middle of it all" which can be wonderful for family. Downtown Franklin is super near and adorable, the farmer's market and local food are a walkable distance, plus the park the home is next to is excellent for walks with family and exploring a creek. We would happily recommend this space to a family with young children.

So glad to get to give this review. My niece( lives in Franklin) sent this VRBO listing . The place was so clean, well stocked, WONDERFUL location. I would love to know more about its history. My guess is that it was probably housing for farm workers years ago for the big farm ( Tennessee walker horses). The inside was perfect- curious how new this has been renovated- looks brand new. When we return to Franklin we definitely want to stay here. Lovely place with a gorgeous backyard view!!!!!!

This charming little place is in a prime location and was the perfect spot for my children and me to host a couple of local friends for an informal get-together while we were in town. Super clean, extremely comfortable, with all the necessities, including walking distance to the Franklin farmer's market (no small factor!). I slept great, which is saying a lot for a middle-aged mama of teens. The ONLY thing missing from this place is blackout shades in the bedrooms. Also, be advised that the property has an English cottage feel, complete with a low ceiling. This was not a problem for us, but would have been if my friend had brought her 6'6" husband. The host is very responsive and it was a fantastic weekend. I highly recommend!

In town for the weekend for a Volleyball Tournament with our daughter. Wonderful location and wonderful cottage for the weekend. Warm, comfortable, and inviting the moment we walked in the door. We could not have found a more peaceful location that was still within 5 -10 minutes of where we needed to be. If we come back to the area, will definitely look to stay here again.

I came to Franklin to visit my grandson. I found this perfect place just for me. It had been newly remodeled. Everything they put into this little house was top notch, quality and most comfortable. The surrounding area added to the charm. I was able to meet, Natalie. She came with a lot of energy and making sure I was well taken care of. She even has chickens on their property next door. I enjoyed my stay since I was close to downtown Franklin but the house was on a drive with similar houses set back from the road and it was quiet and relaxing.
