Nestled in Arezzo, this charming condo for $102 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Apartment in Villa of 19th century belonging to our family. Our grandparents used to live here and now we have divided the villa in 5 smaller apartments. We have completely renovated it for our Guests. Stylish classic interiors in a completely renovated apartment in Arezzo In case guests are more than 4 and within 6 persons, you can check also the other available apartment in our Villa and enquire at vrbo 800629 for additional booking. The historical center is at 10 minutes walk and more precisely at 1 km distance. It is Located in a comfortable road for driving and parking, at just 200 meters from the famous church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, one of the many heritage art pieces of the city. A location which allows our guests to be very close to the historical center and at the same time to be free to leave quickly Arezzo for the daily car excursions in the other touristic cities close to Arezzo and South of Tuscany like Cortona, Volterra, and other smaller villages of etruscan heritage. We are proud to offer our guests a very comfortable and cozy apartment composed by one main bedroom with Kingsize bed and finest satin cotton sheets and pillows bags. This bedroom is about 15 sqmts with an en-suite changing room and closet. Another smaller bedroom with two real and comfortable twin single beds.This bedroom is about 10 sqmts. Separately from the two bedroom there is a comfortable and completely renovated bathroom with a new washing machine. The home is perfumed by the stylish fragrances by EAU d'ITALIE Our bathrooms are all furnished with design accessories which make them very functional and beautiful at the same time. We offer a courtesy kit of shower gel and shower cap. After a day of work or pleasure in Arezzo You can relax in our spacious living room where You can eat comfortably if you feel to cook. The apartment is on a first floor. Guests arriving at our apartment will be greeted by us and we will introduce how the apartment works before leaving the keys. My husband and I stayed in Arezzo recently for 13 days and were joined by my daughter and her boyfriend part way through.
Contact with Alessandro, the owner, was easy and he answered any questions I had in good time before our arrival. Check in/out was easy. The apartment met all our needs and was the perfect base to explore the area both by car and using the train service. It’s an easy walk to the town centre which has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. There are also supermarkets and petrol stations close by.
I would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return again some day.

Very nice and clean appartment with all the facilities imaginable, very well located, near center of Arezzo and free parking space outside. Arezzo itself is also ideal for travel by train to cities like Roma or Firenze. Highly recommend and definitely would come back.

Like coming home, our second stay was better than the first, if that is indeed possible. It is our favorite European home. Vera met us again; she is so sweet! We love that there is always a place to park our rental car and you have the best washing machine that we've ever used on vacation. The two balconies are great and the kitchen is fun to cook in. I'm so pleased that we were able to rent with you again!

Excellent appartement, confortable, incredibly clean and modern. Well located close to the historic center. Easy parking.
The master bedroom mattress is one of the best, Tempur quality.
Alessandro and the signora Vera were kindness hitself.
Will definitively be back and cannot recommend more this place.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage
Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen und der Möglichkeit zur Gartenbenutzung. Die Küche ist mit Elektrogeräten sehr gut ausgestattet. Altstadt/Zentrum und Supermärkte sind fußläufig errreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden wiederkommen.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful place
Like coming home, our second stay was better than the first, if that is indeed possible. It is our favorite European home. Vera met us again; she is so sweet! We love that there is always a place to park our rental car and you have the best washing machine that we've ever used on vacation. The two balconies are great and the kitchen is fun to cook in. Excellent Rental Property
Communication with Alessandro was excellent and the check in process with Vera was smooth and simple. Both apartments were immaculate and nicely decorated and furnished. The garden could do with a bit of TLC but other than that, this was an excellent rental, around 10 mins from the centre of Arezzo by foot. I highly recommend it.

What a beautiful apartment in Arezzo! The beds are so comfortable and the rooms beautifully appointed. A great kitchen space and washer add just the touch for travelers needing the comforts of home. Vera is a sweetheart - and she and I were able to communicate with hand gestures and lots of "buenos"! Alessandro was great at responding to my questions or concerns. The apartment is a bit out of the way - the only downside. That being said, it is quiet for sleeping! Graci, Alessandro and Vera!!

The Ultimate Tuscan Villa
This was a wonderful home for us for 4 days. It was a beautiful large apartment, roomy for 4 persons but spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to enjoy meals at home but a great meal was within a short walking distance (our favorites were Al Sapori, a great Tavola calda just a few blocks away, and Vigna, just across from the train station). I loved the washing machine which did a load of laundry in record time. Every morning we would take advantage of the views by having coffee on either the front or back balcony. We had a car so it was easy to access the Esselunga super Marche for all of our grocery needs. We look forward to returning again soon. Good wifi reception too.

Alessandro was fantastic! He responded to all emails, drove in from his home in Florence to meet us when we got there, sat (with his really nice wife) with us for at least an hour talking about things to do and even drove us around Arezzo to show us how to get into the center area. The apartment is really nice! Beautifully decorated. Great kitchen. A long hallway from the larger bedroom to the living room so one can sleep if the other gets up early. Easy parking. The walk to the center is about 15 minutes...an easy walk. Great find!

A lovely place to stay in Arezzo!!
My wife and I stayed here while visiting with family in the area. The apartment was excellent in accommodations and was great in all aspects! We had a rental car and were able to park it right next door to the apartment.
Walkable distance to the city center, train station and many good restaurants.
Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment in Arezzo!
I just came back from my stay at Arezzo for 2 weeks!! My daughter was competing in the Tour de la Toscana in the Arezzo Equestrian Center and this was a perfect location for both, the horseshow and for sightseeing. It was amazing. The apartment is in impeccable conditions and super comfortable. The beds are very comfy and the pillows are excellent. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, which we did several times when my daughter and niece were to tired to go out after a whole day at the horseshow. Not even 1 minute away you have an excellent and huge supermarket. An the owners are the perfect host. They welcome me to the apartment and explain all the details and also gave me all the suggestions about were to go and restaurants in the area. They had a nice bottle of "vino Rosso" from Tuscany to welcome us in the apartment. I hope my daughter competes there again next year because I will be back. Thanks Alessandro and Nermi, I really felt like long time friends. I highly recommend this apartment in Arezzo!!
