was a lovely bedroom and bathroom from a bygone area. We sadly only met the owner briefly when we checked in so don’t know any of the history. The breakfast with the scrambled eggs was appreciated. Loved the view across to the sunset

The villa is beautifully and tastefully designed, has a very retro feel and gives of very relaxing vibes. It has a fantastic story behind it and the surrounding areas are just magic. We loved every second of it and are planning to come back again. The host, Giacomo, is a very elegant and talented gentleman with load of stories to tell and with a very welcoming attitude!

La Villa è molto bella, immersa nella bellissima campagna di Arezzo e si vede anche Pizza Grande (di notte poi spettacolare!)
Il proprietario molto gentile, colazione d'altri tempi sia salata che dolce, belle le tazze diverse e i dettagli vintage.

Das Haus liegt in einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, mit weitem Blick bis Arezzo. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine weitläufige Außenanlage. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich vielseitig.
