Great place to stay in Arezzo. Fantastic location, close to train station and very easy to walk Arezzo.Excellent base to explore Tuscany especially if you don't have a car via bus/ train. Paola and staff were fantastic,nothing was too hard to arrange.Loved our stay and hope to return one day.Grazie mille

Paola and housekeeper were very nice and welcoming. They were helpful and check in was easy once you navigate the main floor entry and elevator to the 4th floor of a building that is multipurpose usage. Room was clean and bed was comfy! The air conditioning worked well. Bathroom had no hooks or place to put belongings, but the shower worked well. Breakfast was ok but nothing special though eating on the small balcony was lovely. Location was very good- near train and short walk to shops and restaurants.
There is no reception area. Small foyer area as you enter that has a small communal (for guests) side utility kitchen for coffee and a small fridge for use. The room is recently (nicely) updated but no towel hooks in the bathroom and no place to set down toiletries. There is no safe in the room though we found the building to be very secure. There was very very little luggage space due to clothes cabinet odor. We did ask for and receive an extra suitcase rack. Note that rating is 5 on a scale of 10.
