The location is ideal, right across the street from the train station. The proprietor was extremely welcoming and kind and went way beyond the norm to help me settle in. The place is immaculately clean, and the rooftop terrace has exceptional views and lovely well-tended plants. They even provide baby plants for guests to take home! I had a lovely time and if I come back to Arezzo will definitely be staying there again.

The breakfast offerings were adequate but limited. On the other hand, the staff made coffee drinks on an individual basis, and that went a long way towards compensating for the food selection.
