De ligging ten opzichte van de binnenstad was goed:10 min lopen. En parkeerplaats op het eigen terrein aanwezig.
Het bed en kussen waren erg hard.

Francesca was very friendly and gave us clear instructions on site as well as lots of tips on things to see & do in Arezzo. She’s a local and had lots of good knowledge. Nice clean room. Great to have parking on site. Very good location - just 15min walk to Cathedral. Grazie Francesca!

All new, clean, simple — with helpful NEIGHBORS.
After paying for a taxi from the train station to arrive at the instructed time, the place was locked w no one home when I arrived. I stood on the sidewalk for almost TWO HOURS unable to reach the owners before a neighbor arrived and called a building resident to let me in. The resident —a yojnd Brazilian woman — said the place wasn’t really open for business (so why list it and accept reservations??!) and it was the second time that week she’d had to let guests in.
