It is on the second floor, has a large Kitchen fully equipped. that opens out to the Pool and Deck. Living Room with 2 bedrooms and full dining room adjoining the kitchen and pool views. A description of the Oasis Beach House by one of our guests who stayed in the Christmas unit: ................... My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing poolside and beach-combing the shores of the Atlantic. The shade of the palm trees made a lovely retreat from the mid-day sun and the breeze from the ocean made the patio a happy haven all day. The room was sparkling clean, breezy, cozy and comfortable. The coastal Christmas theme was pretty and understated. This place is a treasure. The other guests are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and uplifting. Sharing a cup of coffee or meeting up on the beach and chatting about delicious dining spots (close enough to walk to either along the Broadwalk or on the inland water way) with neighbors or Cathy and her crew were great ways to enjoy the local fare. Great fish everywhere...dinners that is!! From back here in winter, we miss squishing our feet in the sand while lounging beachside in the Oasis low-rider chairs, the sandpipers following the receding waves, and floating and watching the bright blue skies or the tropical rain showers and rainbow alike. ............................... On behalf of the management and everyone who works at Oasis Beach House, I would like to say, we do our best to provide the best possible level of service. Sometimes, unpredictable pitfalls pop up and cause disappointments and unforeseeable situations. Sometimes, our technicians who are usually at our disposable in a timely manner cannot get to us or find parts immediately. The old place definitely has charm. We had a nice stay. Needs some upgrades. The pool area was the best part. The shortest walk to beach. The negatives are it could have been cleaned better as I made the mistake of looking under the bed. The room we were in was very small.

It is literally just steps from the beach very close to all the shops but a couple blocks away so it was still quiet which was perfect because the boulevard gets busy and loud. This place is very peaceful, but so close to everything for food shopping and this place is perfect place for beach getaway

This was our second year in the Veranda room. We love it. Everyone is so nice. Cathy and Paul are so helpful and always available if you need anything. The people who stay there are so friendly, made some great friends. Location is perfect. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in the Veranda room. It’s small but cozy. Loved the balcony outside our room. Cathy and Larry are both super nice and very helpful. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Already booked the Veranda room for next year. Highly recommend the Oasis Beach House.

This was the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation! It’s steps from the beach and minutes to the stores and restaurants. Bike rentals were not to far either. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed, seeing as how I wasn’t there much. There was a heated pooled and cushioned seating outside. The best part of the trip was the customer service. Cathy makes you feel right at home and welcomed. I loved the place so much, I’ll be booking there again.

I booked this room for a Mother/Daughter Spring Break trip (March 2021) and it was the perfect choice for us! The room was prettier in person and all the space we needed for the two of us. The pool area was the highlight of our trip and a beautiful view from the room. I would highly recommend this room for anyone looking for a charming space, amazing pool, and within steps of the beach and all needed places on the boardwalk. I am enjoying the complimentary mug back in Ohio— reminiscing about our great stay!

Truly a great place literally a few steps from the beach. It’s small but for a couple just fine. They even provide equipment for use at the beach. Communication with management was fantastic! Easy access and nearby parking. Will definitely consider staying here again if in this area. Thanks Cathy!

A lovely place to stay, so close to the quiet end of the beach, and with a unique tropical palm-surrounded pool setting right in front of your room. Umbrellas and chairs were provided for the beach days. Cathy & Iris were very accommodating. We hope to return and find it as inviting & relaxing.

We had a great time, property was well maintained and everything it was described as being.The only 2 things I would like to see different (and would save you $$ in the long run) would be a bathroom exhaust fan and a Ceiling fan over the bed, we would have ran the AC much less with a ceiling fan option. Just FYI

The location is great. The room is a bit small but comfortable. The pool was somewhat heated but still uncomfortably cool. The french doors opening to the pool area need repair. Generally, with doors like that, there is an anchor for one door into the floor so the other door can lock onto it. It feels as though you can just yank both from the outside to "break in".
