We love our pets but the building does not allow them : ) This is a direct oceanfront 1800 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, 9th floor condo located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach with a large balcony. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with an in suite private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two full sized beds each. The lockout unit (bedroom 4) is furnished with 2 queen beds and a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV and DVD/VHS player. In addition, the living room has a queen pullout couch. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies' pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 3 spots. I booked Ellie’s place for our family (7 adults and 4 children) and couldn’t have been happier. There was plenty of space for all of us and the condo itself was clean and well-equipped. It was some of our first times in Myrtle Beach and we found the location AMAZING to explore everything that Myrtle Beach had to offer. We would 100% stay here again. Already missing this place….

We had a great stay! It was me, my husband, our 4 kids, my mom and dad, 2 sisters and one of their boyfriends. The owner was absolutely amazing and so helpful! We plan to return for sure!

the property was not maintained well. first of all , you have to go across town to pick up the key. it was in a very edgy part of town. definitely not a place to to in the evening. the apartment size was great but the interior needs updated desperately! the kitchen stove was not working properly, the lights in the living room all did not work. the outlets were old and you couldn’t use them all. the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. the TVs are not smart TVs so we couldn’t watch any of our movies…
to get to the beach you had to walk through the pool area which was very challenging with so many people! not very clean either…the entrance to the place was truly unattractive and unappealing! you have to go through a garage!!!

We had 12 family members staying and this condo was the perfect size. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was close to everything we wanted to do.

This property was very clean. There’s plenty of space we had 10 people in our group and it was plenty big enough. Great view overlooking the ocean on the 9th floor. Elevators were not overloaded like other places we had rented before. The only thing we could see that this space could use is a little updating (carpet,curtains) the outlets do need to be replaced our stuff kept falling out. But it had everything you needed even a blender! Will definitely look at this place again for future vacations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was extremely spacious and nice! We had 12 people and it fit us all nicely. Communication with Ellie, the host, was great. We thought we had an issue with our bathtub not draining and she was very quick with trying to get it fixed for us (just to find out later the teenagers hadn’t pulled the plug all the way up). We did find some left over food from the last visitors in the cabinet above the refrigerator and the carpets needed to be cleaned but overall it was a very nice place and would stay there again!

Property is in a good location. Very nice to have the options for semi-indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river when the weather is cold or rainy. Plenty of room for our annual gathering. Thank you to cleaning staff for allowing me to pick up the key a little early so I could go grocery shopping before getting into the property. Lock box for key pick up was a little difficult to find., and for me in a scary part of town. We had family members from 4 states (East Coast North Carolina, Central Virginia, West South Carolina and Florida) coming by car. Property provided 3 parking passes but we had 4 cars. We had to find parking for our 4th vehicle. Water Pressure in the showers was very strong and great for those who love high power showers, but was truly enough to knock over a small child. The property was quiet and we enjoyed our visit. It was great to have TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, but it would have been nice to have instructions how to operate them; as each was a little different. We never did get the one in the bedroom in the hall to work. The bathroom in the hallway runs. There was nothing that was a significant issue. We had a wonderful time, especially when our trip started with the threat of Hurricane Nicole and bad weather for the 1st 2 days. It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. This place was so nice it could be updated a little bit with bigger televisions etc but overall I love it and will definitely be booking again the view is everything and more it’s a must get the host was really nice in getting back with me when I had questions as well as the cleaning crew I had a hard time finding the lock boxes for the key but the cleaning crew directed me to it everything was nice and clean and I just love the hotel it’s self the pools were heated and everything so even though it was chilly outside the kids got to enjoy some water the kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed for us to cook a full meal the hotel even had a restaurant/bar/ice cream spot at the bottom which had wonderful food drinks and ice cream There was more than enough space for 12 people

I will start out by staying we had a great time with the location and being right on the beach! With that being said there were handful of things that were disappointing. First of all went to turn on front room floor lamp there was no knob to turn it on! Master bedroom went plug in phone by night stand only one socket works for the outlet and the lamp was plugged in! ( this was for several room and their outlets) The place was cleaned it just didn’t feel clean! Paint, furniture , fixtures all old and very worn out! When you see stains on furniture that won’t come clean it feels dirty! 2nd day there went to turn I. Light over table completely dirty! All 3 were out! Had to go steal from other lamps through out the condo! Bathroom in hallway the fan doesn’t work. The bathroom by the door big room! No sink stopper of any kind sink was clogged by something that fell and would not drain! Tried to plunge but nothing was afraid to take off trap because it looked liked it had been glued So we just didn’t use that sink the whole time Not to mention the slow draining tub! We can move to the kitchen where it states fully stocked kitchen!? Not a sponge! One med frying pan doesn’t cut it! Not a salt or pepper container! 9 forks?! The door wall is so Heavy and hard to slide plus it didn’t lockNow we can get to the keys You put them in nice little landers! I left them in the basket to show you! That have dry rotted and slipped out of the side and we lost 2! The internet was horrible and none of the TVs worked in the bedrooms! The condo needs a complete overhaul! And remodeled we’re in 2021 not 1989! Not a big complainer when it comes to vacations, but would probably not rent this unit again! I am sure it was beautiful a long time ago! But needs some money invested back in! There should be some extra lightbulbs sponges etc left for extras! Disappointed in general for the amenities the condo but the location made our tripOh the garbage we have to call to come get? Or take it down ourselves? Not convenient!

Needs some lovin

It took 45 min for someone at the facility to do us a favor (because they are not required to help with this unit at all). It was a literal nightmare because the person locked in was claustrophobic.

We chose this room for the size, bedrooms, indoor pools, and of course being oceanfront. The room itself did what we needed it to do. Nothing we couldn’t just handle ourselves. The view paid for the trip itself. It’s right on the beach and the sunrise comes through the master bedroom doors perfectly. Overall if you’re looking for a affordable beachfront property for your larger family, I would recommend this condo.

There’s 9 of us and sometimes it’s hard to find someplace that we can all stay together and not be on top of one another. It was right on the beach and with the 5 pools and game room we hardly ever left the property.

The condo was perfect for a large group and was very accessible to get to the beach. All you need to do is take the elevator down and walk out the door and you’re already on the ocean. The condo itself was able to easily accommodate a group of 15 with enough beds for everyone. Communication with the owners was simple and efficient. Great stay

Great Family place
Great place for a family vacation. Lazy river, couple of pools, and of course the beach. There is an ice cream shop with extensive bar menu for all the family on site. A Wal Mart Grocery is just a few blocks away. We cooked all our meals on site and never had to leave.
