About this condo rental
Situated in Historic Montford, this attractive condo for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Visit Asheville like an insider with Banjoe Vacations! The location of this downtown condo allows you to walk everywhere. Numerous breweries and fantastic downtown restaurants are all within easy reach. When you've had enough, come relax in the condo, complete with everything you need from fluffy towels to coffee for the Keurig. By car, you are 5 minutes from the River Arts District and 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate. Free parking for one vehicle is available in the secure garage. We leave our guests alone to enjoy their stay, but are local and available if needed. The condo is located on the side of town that is in transition, with new construction and lots of changes planned. Because of our location across the street from the municipal bus station, there are all sorts of people moving around, and it can be noisy late at night as bars and breweries close. We consider this a very safe area and have never had any problems with our guests exploring the area. Access to the secure garage is through a keypad. Once inside, our parking space is the second on the left (space 308). You can access the elevator from the garage. Our unit (#308) is on the 3rd floor. Just head straight out of the elevator, and our door is just to the left. We are in a newer building, right in the middle of downtown Asheville. The condo is comfortably furnished with two (2) bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms, each stocked with soaps and toiletries. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds. The living room has an incredibly comfortable couch that doubles as a full-sized sleeper sofa. The entire unit is tastefully decorated with local art that we love.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the location, it was easy walking to just about anywhere, and only a few miles away from the Biltmore.
You will read in some of the other reviews that the building is across from the bus station, and it is, however as 5 ladies over 50, we didn’t encounter any negativity from the location, even when out later in the evening.
We did have a minor issue with linens but it was very quickly resolved. Things will happen and the way issues are resolved is what really matters. We so appreciated the quick resolution of the problem.
We will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Four of us had a girls weekend away in Asheville. It was a first time visit for all of us. This condo was the perfect spot for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops as we explored the city. Owner was very communicative and condo was in excellent condition with very nice amenities. We had a car and security was appreciated in garage along with access to building and unit. Would highly recommend this vrbo.

Condo is as advertised, very nice. Great location where you can walk or take a short Uber ride. Bruce was terrific to work with, and his suggestions were very helpful. Best thing I can say is that I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this condo for a 3 day weekend. Very clean and had most everything we needed. The check in and check out process was very well explained. We loved the condo layout and enjoyed our visit. It was perfectly situated 2 blocks to the downtown area and 2 blocks from the south slope breweries. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was an amazing location, just a block or two away from hundreds of breweries and restaurants. The property was incredibly clean, updated with very nice appliances and the showers were gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again in our next trip.

Lovely and immaculate rental within walking distance to everything! Spacious rooms, balcony, well equipped, and felt brand new. We loved the Keurig and coffee bar (bring your own sugar) as well as other thoughtful touches such as built in shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved the convenience of the garage parking spot and the security of the building. If you’re looking for a pretty view, this is not for you. It’s all about comfort and convenience. Our host, Bruce, was very thorough and offered helpful tips and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely recommend!

Fun family time visiting Biltmore, food tours and LaZoom
This unit has plenty of room and my 20 year old girls, loved having their own giant bathroom. Plenty of necessities like coffee, TO and shampoo that so many usually skimp on. Great communication and instructions from checking in to how to turn on the TVs and tours to try. The concert venue across the way is very loud but it stopped at 10 and the TV could drown it out until then, I'd try and go to one of the concerts next time, it looked fun! Comfy places to sit and large kitchen. I'd stay with Bruce again.

Great stay. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable. One of the best-stocked rentals I have stayed in. Good location that was very walkable to downtown. Only complaint was that the WiFi was pretty bad and could definitely use an upgrade. It didn't work well and dropped often and we only had one device on it.

This property was clean, modern, and in amazing condition. The proximity to restaurants, bars, and attractions in downtown Asheville was a key factor in our decision to rent here. The only downside was the loud group of homeless people in the next-door lot.

Nice and clean and great location
We had a great time in Asheville and this condo was part of why. We were able to stay at this nice, clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo right near downtown. This allowed us to walk to shop and eat and be entertained without much driving at all.

We were very impressed with this rental property. The owners had left no detail out to make us feel at home. From the quality of mattresses/pillows, bedding and towels, right down the the Alexa, k-cups and toiletries provided, it was a step above other rental properties we have stayed at. As other reviews have stated, there are a number of homeless people around but it is a downtown and to be expected if you are staying there. We felt safe walking about even with children. Great location for heading out of city to hike, zip, etc as is easy to get to major roadways. Loved our time in Asheville at this condo and would definitively recommend!
