Situated in Duck Key, this attractive house for $395 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful 3 bed / 2.5 bath, 2600 sf home on a crystal clear canal with a pool and dock. This home features stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and glassed in lanai. All three bedrooms have king size beds. The house has a large open floor plan, the kitchen, dining and living rooms open up to a large lanai overlooking the backyard and canal. The cabana room downstairs underneath the house provides a room with A/C to get out of the heat, lay back & relax. There is a Queen size bed in the Cabana room but there is no bathroom downstairs so this is not considered a bedroom. The large covered patio space under the home overlooking the pool and canal provides a great shaded area for entertaining or just relaxing. The patio area is complete with a propane grill for that backyard BBQ. The canal is a flow through canal which keeps the water extremely clean and crystal clear. It is like having a marine sanctuary in your back yard. You can see many fish, turtles, manatee, eel and nurse sharks right from the dock. There is about 30 feet of dock space between the two boats lifts for docking your boat. This home is located on Duck Key which is a quiet, upscale island neighborhood. Hawks Cay Resort is nearby at the entrance to the island which offers water sports, fishing charters, restaurants and spa facilities which are open to the public. You are also centrally located on the Keys which makes day trips from Key Largo to Key West a breeze. Come and make this piece of paradise your home away from home. Note - $500.00 towards utilities (water and electric) is included with the nightly rental price. If the utilities for the month exceed $500.00 any additional costs will come out of your security deposit.

Just got back from spending a wonderful month at this Duck Key Rental. The home is very spacious and very well kept! It looks to have had some recent renovations - especially the kitchen - which was very large and roomy. It also has a closed in porch which we used for breakfast in the morning as well as dinners in the evening - it was especially wonderful when the temps were well into the 80's!! There is so much space in the home - we had our entire family over the Easter break and had more than enough room for all!! We had a few issues with the pool - but the owner responding to them VERY quickly!! The location was very quiet and we could use the boat dock for our boat - which was very nice! We had a great time and the owner - Dave - was wonderful to work with!

I was able to stay at this beautiful home in June and was so pleased with everything. The house was spotless and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I think it was a great getaway home and I would definitely go back! There is a lovely canal right out the back that I was able to view more sea life then if I went offshore snorkeling. There was also an outside shower which was convenient for when you just want to rinse off quick. All the appliances were brand new. I think it was perfect how they had three different bedrooms and then the couch folded out incase of more people, it fit my family very comfortably. While I was there I was able to do many different activities like jet ski, go to Key West, go shopping, and just sight see. It is a beautiful home and Duck Key is a beautiful place to stay. Definitely going back!

We had a wonderful time at your home! We realize this was the first use since purchasing your house, and therefore would give it a 4 ****. Duck Key is beautiful! The special aqua color of the water there is amazing! The backyard opens onto a canal, open at both ends which brings new sea creatures with each tide. Our family joined us right after Christmas, and had a wonderful time. The four grandchildren were from 12-15 years, and had lots of energy for kayaking, boating, fishing, bicycling, walking, visiting Key West, to playing in the back yard heated pool and helping with meals. Brutus Seafood in Marathon had great stone crab claws, scallops, etc. We visited Robert is Here Roadside Market in Redland each Monday (on our way to Miami) to buy fresh produce and indulged in their famous milk shakes. The house has an excellent layout for up to 10 with 3 bedrooms (all with king beds), 2-1/2 baths, and very large open Kitchen, dining area, and great room with 3 full size sofas (one makes into queen bed),plus a recliner, a real necessity at our age, and the best Florida room overlooking the canal, where we spent many wonderful mornings feeling like we were outside, but with controlled temperature. There was a table for 6-8 in FL room, which the grand teens loved, and the dining table inside can fit 8-10. The house was well appointed with furniture, art work, stainless appliances, outdoor grill, very nice exterior and landscaping and equipped with everything needed to make our stay most enjoyable. It was obvious the owners had done a great deal of work to get the property ready, since we had seen it before the complete refurbishing. The property manager was very helpful, especially with a few glitches with the pool, and extra cleaning needed on arrival (wire closet shelving and drawers, mirrors, glass tables, downstairs refrigerator. These were the reasons for the 4*. We had a great stay and are making plans for next year. V&S Atlanta Ga.
