Neahkahnie Beach House is subject to regulations of Tillamook County regarding vacation rentals. The permit number is 851-17-000053-STVR. The date of the last inspection by the county for compliance with standards was May 1, 2023.

A 15-minute walk along the sand to the charming village of Manzanita, Neahkahnie Beach House has one of the most stunning views on the Oregon coast with a unique orientation to the ocean to the west and Neahkahnie Mountain to the north offers easy access to beach activities and clear views of rolling ocean waves, cliffs, and waterfalls from the living room and bedrooms. The 1,800-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3½-bath house, has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Cozy Italian leather sofas in the living room are perfect for enjoying views of the family on the beach, the whales just past the waves, and the stunning sunsets. All the special amenities you want on a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation are included: a 50-inch flat-screen Samsung TV with Sonos PLAYBAR, an outdoor authentic Finnish three-person Finlandia sauna, a five-person Marquis hot tub, a gas barbecue on a deck shielded from the wind, a wood-burning stove--and even a house guitar and ukulele for strumming the blues.
Two king bedrooms have new ensuite bathrooms, and the third bedroom has twin beds. Reached by a path outside the house, a daylight basement bonus room with a half bath, games, beach toys, boogie boards---and more to keep kids (and adults) entertained.

This home was in a great location with strategically placed screens to provide the right amount of privacy in the hot tub and sauna area. I loved how you could easily walk along the beach to the main street in town. The view was wonderful and loved watching the baby sandpipers on the beach.

Perfect location. Perfectly appointed. This lovely home has been elegantly curated to provide a relaxing and elevated experience. Hosts were equally as lovely, and the only concern I'm left with is how soon I can return.
