Nestled in Willamette Valley, this attractive house for $604 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Relax in the comfort of this 3900 s.f, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the heart of wine country. (Video after 2nd picture). You are renting the entire home. The cozy living room features reclining leather furniture, a wood burning floor to ceiling fireplace and amazing views. Dine at the beautiful rustic table with seating for 8 and enjoy preparing food in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with double ovens, Wolf SS appliances and beautiful granite counters. On beautiful days you may just opt to eat outside on the covered dining patio instead. You'll find a hot tub, TV, table for eating, with cozy chairs, speakers and a BBQ. Comfortable new beds await you in all the bedrooms and in the 2nd master suite upstairs, which also has couches, King bed, a TV for cozy movie nights, a 2nd Keurig and a private balcony. Air Conditioning with zoning throughout. Enjoy sampling your great wine finds at the bar in the game room, where you can sit, relax and enjoy the magnificent valley views and sunsets in the cozy wingback chairs as you unwind. Large screen TV, many games, and wine for purchase can be found in the bar. Enjoy the privacy and serenity that this 15 acre get away provides. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or just sit around the outdoor table and watch TV. Make yourself at home and enjoy everything the Willamette Valley has to offer with wineries just minutes away, and peace and tranquility at your doorstep. Surround yourself in comfort in this home away from home where you'll find everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Unfortunately we are not able to host weddings, and no children under the age of 18 are allowed to stay over, due to horses, and a large pond in the backyard. You may have small family celebrations for graduations, etc. You will find abundant wineries within driving distance. Please check out http://willamettewines.com/brochure/ to download an amazing brochure or to order a printed version prior to your trip. To see where our home is located in relation to nearby wineries and vineyards go to the "About The Valley" tab and then "Vineyard Map". If you go to the Eola-Amity Hills AVA Map section, our home is located between the Brooks and Methven vineyards and tasting rooms toward the left of that section of map. You will find that portion of the map the furthest to the right on the whole page. Our favorite local winery is Brooks, which is only 5 minutes away. Not only do they serve reds and whites, and have the best views and ambiance around, but they also have beer on tap (cider too usually) and an espresso machine for your afternoon pick me-up. They have a chef on staff so they serve food and frequently have live music on the weekends. With a 3 mountain view, comfy furniture, a deck that begs you to stay and amazing gardens, you'll find it hard to leave! Family owned Dukes Vineyard and Tasting Room is on our shared road and provides amazing views, private lake, stunning tasting room and Adirondak chairs to relax in. Silas Wines and Cohelo are right downtown, just minutes away. El Toro Restaurant and Retro Pizza are in downtown Amity (less than 5 minutes away), both have food and great service!!! You will want to make reservations for most wineries at this time. This can be done on line. Restaurants: We love both El Toro and Retro Pizza in Amity. Neither require reservations, and both usually have room. The Mojitos at El Toro are amazing. They have fresh mint outside the door. The Chile Relano and Crunchy Chicken tacos along with the Chile Colorado are my favorites. Retro PIzza has beer and pizza/burgers. Fred’s is a small bistro serving sandwiches and soup and The Common Cup has wonderful sweet and savory waffles and coffee. You will also find a drive through coffee shop downtown. McMinnville offers so many dining choices, and is only 15 minutes away. La Rambla, Thistle, Humble Spirit and Bistro Maison are all great. La Rambla is tapas, so a fun experience to do with a group and try new things. These would alltrequire reservations. Cappo serves amazing Italian thin crust wood fired pizza.. All of these are on 3rd Street in McMinnville. There are also quite a few tasting rooms in downtown McMinnville. Most of these are open later than the vineyard tasting rooms. Some require reservations, some do not. Most are on 3rd Street, which is the main street in downtown. I hope you also get the chance to eat something at Brooks. Their chef is amazing. They have several items available each day. Their crunchy Brussel Sprouts are so good. They have fried strips of carrot and beet in them. If you have time for Dukes, you will love it. The ambiance is wonderful. Tell Jackie you are staying at Alex and Krystal's:) It is literally at the end of the road. Silas Tasting room and Cohelo are also in downtown Amity. There is a small grocery store/liquor store 3 miles away in Amity. Produce isn't their specialty, but they have just about everything else. Visit www.willamettewines.com to see local vineyard information. Most wineries are requiring reservations and they tend to fill early on weekends. Many reservations can be made on line. Book early if you have wineries you really want to visit. You will find a 2 or 1 tasting card for Brook,s that is good for Monday through Friday. There is also an additional 2 for 1 card for Bjornesen, with a free tasting. Both are very close to the house. Make sure and make reservations in advance. There are extra throws in a basket by the couches. You’ll find fire starter in a box by the fireplace. Use about 1/2 cup under the wood, and you won't need kindling or paper. If you would be kind enough to feed the hummingbirds, they will return the favor with free entertainment:) and if you could throw a lid full of fish food into the middle of the pond each day, they would appreciate it very much. Please do not feed the fish if the outdoor termperature is under 55. They can not process the food in the cold. Please let me know if I can be of further in make your stay special. Thank you. Krystal While in the area visit the numerous vineyards, wine tasting rooms, award winning restaurants, golf, hot air balloon rides, Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum w/IMAX, Evergreen Water Park, art galleries, antique shops, farmers markets, the Oregon Coast, Portland and the Columbia Gorge. Embrace all the beauty and adventure of the Northwest!!! We do have an apartment behind the shop, which is a considerable distance from the house and facing the other direction. We will tend to the chickens, horses via a separate driveway. Respecting your privacy is very important to us.

The house and property was SPECTACULAR! Sunset views, Lodge style Home. The Home was very well built and put together. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were a TON of places to enjoy, sit and visit. The outdoor area had a pond with running water, fire pit, covered area for inclement weather......i could go on and on. 15 acres to take walks, feed the horses and goats. Probably the MOST WELL KEPT place we've ever stayed. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy. We travel with our Border Collies and the had a WONDERFUL time running on the grass. We did run out of firewood on the 4th day without a way to replenish which was a bummer. The landscape maintenance crew was there for many hours one of the days and we couldn't enjoy the outdoor area for a few hours but overall our stay was AWESOME and we hope to come back next year.

Owner super weird. Asked us to watch her dogs. The garage and house reeked of dog smell because of the dogs/puppies that were in the garage. The owner was super invasive and overbearing. I had to complain before I even arrived. It is a shame because the property is pretty. It was my sons wedding weekend and I didn’t need the stress on top.

Our stay was behind our expectations. Krystal is a fantastic host and the house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and the outdoor ambiance is incredible. We will definitely stay here again when in Williamette!

The house fit all of our needs, plus. The beds were so comfortable, the furniture and decor relaxing, the kitchen was stocked with all the things you need like plastic bags, wraps, spices, flour, cream for coffee, and even fresh eggs from the chickens on the farm!
The outdoor views are stunning and inspired us every time we looked out. It rained while we were there which hardly diminished the beautiful setting.
There were games, cards, and TVs to keep us occupied.
The owner was always responsive with the VERY few questions we had (she provided thorough instructions on everything).
Our family agrees we are not staying in hotels any more (they had been a hotel-only crowd until this stay - thank you Krystal for changing their perspectives!).
Thank you to Krystal for making your house such an amazing place to stay!

We had eight friends stay here. The place was fantastic! We each had our own room and everyone seemed happy with what they got. The house if beautifully decorated. The outside back yard was like something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back.

We spent 4 nights at this home to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday! The home was perfect and so spacious for the 7 of us! The backyard is so magical with a pond and views. Located near a ton of wineries and places to eat. I wish we lived closer so we could stay there more often! The house is fully stocked with everything you need and the host even left us fresh eggs to eat and carrots to feed the horses. The home is very clean and comfortable to stay in!

Absolutely amazing property wouldn't have changed a thing! If you are in the Willamette Valley this is a must stay.

All eight guests agreed that the house was beautiful. Located outside Amity, it allowed us to get to all the wineries in the area within about 30 minutes. House was well stocked and supplied. A very good experience.

Our party of four stayed at the property while attending a Wayne celebration in McMinnville, 15 minutes away. The house was very comfortable, and well furnished. The outdoor patios were delightful and great for for sitting morning and evening. The house was easy to access, and everything worked as advertised. The setting was beautiful, in the hills overlooking Amity. The owners were very nice and communicated in a timely fashion.

The property is amazing! Krystal has provided everything you need. We had the most relaxing week enjoying the hot tub and outdoor space!!! Feeding the animals was a blast every day. We are thinking about making this an annual family event. It is close to hiking, swimming, wine tasting and Salem or Portland.

This is an incredible home in a peace and calm neighborhood. The house delivers everything which you could ask for from superb appliances, beautiful rooms, to a wonderful backyard. The stay had everything and more. Fully recommend it to anybody.

It was amazing!! Feeding the chickens, gathering eggs, feeding carrots to the horses, and just being with family was outstanding!! Beautiful property, beautiful country, beautiful home, beautiful owner!!

Our family gathered to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Willamette Law. Eight of us stayed at the house, and others who stayed nearby joined us for some meals and to hang out. The house and beautiful property were perfect for our needs, and Krystal was responsive and easy to communicate with.
It felt like being in someone’s home, with every necessity taken care of. Wonderfully-stocked kitchen (though the chef’s knives were dull; better once we honed them), with all the basics and more. Plenty of serving dishes, large pantry full of staples, and enough room for us all to prep meals together.
The back yard was a dream, with the patios, water feature, manicured landscaping, fire pit, hot tub, and VIEW. Beautiful!
All the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice. The entire house is done in high-quality finishes and furnishings. It was a very special place to spend a long weekend.
A side note for anyone with allergies: at my request, Krystal kindly had one of the rooms made up without feathers/down and the sheets washed in natural, unscented detergent. The rest of the sheets and towels were highly scented with Tide, so I’m very glad I asked ahead of our visit.

We visited Willamette Valley for the first time (from NYC) and built our trip around this gorgeous house. Krystal was a superb host, very friendly and great to communicate with both leading up to and during our stay. The home and the property were outstanding. House was spacious with plenty of spaces to hangout and relax in after a day of wine tasting. Kitchen was big and incredibly well stocked. The property, including the animals were such a fun bonus for us. Cannot recommend Krystal and this property enough. Absolutely fabulous in every way.

Everything about this home was as advertised. It is spacious and yet so cozy and comfortable. It is private so we did not have to worry that we were too loud. The kitchen is great for groups and the most well- equipped of any VRBO I have rented. Highly recommended!!!

This property was amazing - EXACTLY as depicted online. We were 3 adult couples and there was plenty of room to be all together in the living room, game room and kitchen (table set 8 very comfortably). There was more than enough space to spread out when anyone needed some alone time as well. The grounds are beautiful and kept immaculate and to our delight-there were horses and goats to pet and chickens for fresh eggs. It is ideal as a central home base to the Willamette Valley wineries and the coast. The host was wonderful and provided much appreciated direction for restaurants and wineries in area. If you don't have a DD definitely get a car service though-roads get foggy at night (we were there for Thanksgiving). The host was quick to respond to any questions and I can't emphasize this enough- the house and grounds were unbelievable! It's so uncommon to be this happy with everything when it's all done online, I felt the need to really emphasize it! Thank you Krystal for a great place to meet with our family and enjoy our first visit to Oregon.

Our stay was wonderful and better than could ever have imagined. The hosts were outstanding and professional. If I could rate above 5 stars I would. Clean, organized, and courteous!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property for 4 nights for my 40th birthday. It was perfectly suited for our needs so so close to all the wineries we toured. The views are wonderful and taking a walk every morning to say hello to the farm animals was just what I needed to get out of the city for a few days. The host was great. If I had questions, she got back to me quickly. She gave us fresh farm eggs to use for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and showers had excellent water pressure. I will stay here again if I ever get back to the Willamette region.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The listing does not do this house justice. The house is comfortable, clean, and has everything you think you need and more. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were great. Krystal was very responsive. We would not hesitate to return. It’s a good location, private and quiet but not far from great tasting rooms and restaurants.

Such an amazing home and location! The actual home is much more beautiful than the pictures show. Amazing sunsets and the homeowner was so responsive and treated us wonderfully...including sharing her homemade tomato soup one night! The location was ideal to wine taste, see the coast and beautiful Oregon countryside. Will definitely stay again on our next trip west! Thank you Krystal!!!

This house and location was one of the best that I have come across using any of the home sharing websites. The location and view were amazing, the house was beautiful, and the hosts were outstanding. Very well located to visit many of the vineyards in the Valley, as well as see the coast, state parks and the mountains. Krystal was wonderful as a host, providing timely communication, and accommodating requests as thoroughly as possible. We were even given fresh eggs everyday and carrots to feed the baby goats. In addition, the spacious hot tub was excellent after a long day of hiking. I would highly recommend this property for a family getaway or for a group of friends to reconnect. Enjoy…….we did!

This property was as amazing as it was presented. Our two daughters and sons-in-laws as well as one of our grandsons stayed with us. We all had a separate bedroom with full amenities. The property was set in a secluded area but very close to Amity. The landscaping on the property was gorgeous and the views to the west were outstanding. The host was very responsive and respectful of our privacy. We would definitely stay there again.

Traveled with a group of 8 and this place was perfect - plenty of space for eating, lounging and sleeping. Plenty of kitchen staples, coffee maker, a nice range and grill for cooking.
Our favorite winery was just down the road - Dukes Family Vineyard with tremendous views, friendly staff and great wine.
Friendly and responsive communication with Krystal. Would highly recommend this house!

This home is amazing. We felt close to whatever we wanted to do while visiting the wine country there. The hosts were very responsive but we had no issues at all. It was just my husband and I but this home would be perfect for a group of friends or large family. The property is beautiful and they even have horses, goats and other wildlife on property that just make it a beautiful setting. We fed the hummingbirds and Koi fish every day! We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and wine on the back-porch at night watching the sun set. Would def visit again and rent this beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time and the property was fabulous. The kids loved feeding the baby goats, the adults enjoyed the views and out door space, and everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend!

Krystal and Alex are awesome hosts, receptive to texts and emails and extremely informative. The property is better in person than in pictures. So comfortable and much room to spread out. The grounds are almost postcatd-like, and the view is fabulous.
We were able to break bread with them during our stay, and got to pet the baby goats. Fantastic location for Eola Amity AVA, and within 2.5 hours to both Mt Hood and the coast. Loved it!!!

Fantastic property in the heart of the wine country
We stayed here with our adult children for five nights to explore the wine country. The property is gorgeous, well equipped, and located in a quiet rural setting. We highly recommend this property to anyone that needs a base camp to the Willamette Valley!

We were two families with children. 8 people total. This house is AMPLE. HUGE. Super great location if you are wine tasting or just want a country getaway. The kids had fun feeding the Koi and hummingbirds. The horses were so sweet and loved pets over the fence. The chicken coop was as immaculate as the house!
The kitchen was perfect to cook in and had more than enough supplies. The beds were so comfortable. There was plenty of space to have the adults separate from the kids in the house. The wineries within 5 minutes of the house were wonderful and we also tasted in Dundee which is 20 min away.
It took about 90 min to get to Tillamook Creamery and the beach.
We would definitely stay again.

There is nothing bad I can say about this lovely home. It is as pictured and described. It has a stunning view that you could enjoy in the rain (as we did) or the sun. It is extremely comfortable and clean. The beds were all comfortable, and everyone slept well. There were even adorable Oregon state shaped chocolates on the pillows. The hot tub is clean and perfectly placed to enjoy no matter what the weather. The kitchen was a chef's dream. You do not need to bring your favorite knife. It has everything, and everything is excellent quality. So many pans and pots! We love to cook and found everything single thing we needed. The large fridge had fresh eggs from the owners happy chickens and creamers for coffee waiting for us. There was coffee and so many other staples, even to-go containers and supplies for packing up leftovers. The game room was fun with a well stocked bar. The weather was not great but we all enjoyed spending time in the house. Plenty of rooms for us to all find a space to chat or play games or watch playoffs. The animals around the property were an absolute delite. We were lucky enough to help bottle feed a baby lamb the owner rescued. Hummingburds out the window, Koi in the pond, horses, goats, chickens...it really was a paradise. You are 25 minutes from Salem and surrounded by wineries. The drive to the home will get you in the mood to relax--it's beautiful. Once you are there, it will be so hard to leave. We were celebrating college graduation with extended family, ages from 16 to 80+. The property and home made everyone happy. We are already planning a return trip. I can't thank Krystal enough for making this special celebration so wonderful. She was very helpful, kind and generous, but we also had all the privacy we wanted. Our stay was beyond our expectations.
