Nestled in Pine, this charming cabin for $330 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Make memories with your family at this beautiful cabin with amazing views from the wrap around deck or from inside the large picture windows. Enjoy the abundant wildlife from the privacy of your vacation home located on over a full acre of Tonto National Forest. See the wonderment in your loved ones faces when they spot the first deer, elk, squirrel or other forest friend. The quaint town of Pine offers shops along Main Street for browsing or a refreshing ice cream. Go antiquing or visit one of the summers arts and crafts festivals. Check out the sites by hiking, boating, fishing or sight-seeing by car. The cabin is a short hour and a half drive from Phoenix and two hours to the Grand Canyon. Enjoy the cool shade of Ponderosa pines in the summer or relax by the crackling fireside and roast smores while the snow falls in the winter. No matter which season you choose to visit, there is beauty all around. If you choose to be active, you can visit and hike the beautiful Tonto Natural Bridge, Fossil Creek, East Verde River or fish the nearby Rim Lakes. There are many scenic hiking trails to choose from. With Payson only a short 15 minute drive away, you can catch a movie, visit the casino, purchase groceries, or go shopping and then drive back to your private mountain retreat. Treehouse On The Rocks is a beautifully furnished, 3,000 square foot cabin with many levels. Located at an elevation of 5,500 feet you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in this spacious retreat. The sleeping arrangements consist of a Master Suite with a California King bed, fireplace, sitting room and loft including two couches with full size hide-a-beds. The Master Suite includes a flat screen TV with satellite and gorgeous dark wood ceiling beams. In this room's walk-in closet is a large dog kennel to keep your pet if you leave them unattended. We welcome a maximum number of 2 well-behaved dogs. There is also a fenced in yard off this room's sliding glass door for pets to exercise. There is a King bed in the second bedroom with a skylight above for stargazing while you fall asleep or watching the clouds or dragonflies fly by upon waking. This original master bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with satellite. Also available in this room's walk-in closet are three pack and plays for babies or toddlers to sleep in. Bedrooms three and four are downstairs, and share a Jack and Jill bath. The third bedroom has two sets of trundle beds, for a total of four twin sized beds. Bedroom Four has a bunk bed that sleeps three people as well as a full-sized futon. Both downstairs rooms have a TV with DVD players. The fully stocked kitchen is on the same level as the skylight bedroom. It hosts a full sized refrigerator, two ovens, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the beautiful bay window dining set while enjoying the view of the rim. Bring all your food and warm it up, cook your homemade meals with all the supplied kitchenware or visit one of the nearby restaurants. Whatever you decide, all options are available to you. Also provided, is a stainless-steel grill on the back patio with necessary grilling utensils. On a separate level, there is a formal dining room with a table seating for ten. Inside the buffet you will find board games you may enjoy. The living room hosts a beautiful natural stone fireplace from floor to wood beam ceiling. The deck may be entered from either of two sliding glass doors of the living room. Relax and watch satellite TV or a movie on the flat-screen located in the living room. Above the living room, is a loft with an air hockey and foosball tables for your enjoyment. There is a two-night minimum when making a reservation with the exception of these holidays: MLK weekend (3 night min.), President's Day weekend (3 night min.), Memorial Day weekend (3 night min.), Labor Day weekend (3 night min.), Thanksgiving weekend (4 night min.), Christmas Day (3 night minimum). Check-in time is 5:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM however, with availability, we are happy to accommodate an earlier check-in with prior notice. Whether it be a romantic get-away for two, girls or guys weekend, or a family gathering, enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful mountain home!

It was very homey, had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time on and off the property. Close to biking and hiking trails. Highly recommended and we are planning on staying here again.

We love this cabin. Every day we had elk come through the property. There is plenty of space both inside and outside to keep everyone, at every age level, occupied. We have already rebooked this cabin in December.

Due to our lengthy time in the gym we didn't get to fully enjoy the beautiful wrap around deck, firepit and outdoor space and just general peace and quiet of the subdivision. Would love to come back another time to do that. One thing to note, it's not a true 3 full bathroom home as one bathroom has a tub "shower" with no curtain and no standing. We made it work but would have been nice to have a normal 3rd shower.

We had a great weekend stay with our friends at this beautiful property. The cabin location is excellent, very close to grocery store, restaurants, and adorable shops in Pine. The deck was our favorite part where we sat and watched numerous elk walk past. A great place to watch nature, visit with friends and relax in the pines. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

This cabin was perfect for a fun bonding weekend for our dance team. There was plenty of room for everyone! The fire pit outside was great! Everything you could possibly need is there. It's a nice area where the kids loved going on walks. We've stayed here before and we will absolutely stay there again! Thank you!!!

We had a family reunion at this cabin, and everything was excellent! From communication with the owners to the actual cabin itself, we were all very pleased. The cabin is massive and can definitely sleep 16 people, as advertised! We will be staying here again in the future.

My family and I had a great time at this property. They had it decorated for the holidays so it was nicely suited for our holiday vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space. We went for several walks during our stay and saw elk and deer :) Overall, we had a nice time here and would stay again.

We had a delightful time at this property. Connie was very gracious and replied to my questions very quickly. I noticed on the reviews the complaints about the stairs but really if they are not a big problem. The basement stairs are very steep but other than that, the stairs are 3 ir 4 steps down to the dining room three or four steps down to dining $ living room and the handrails are there. The living room is large enough to accommodate our family of 16. You do need to bring your own wood for the beautiful wood-burning fireplace. They had it beautifully decorated, including a gorgeous Christmas tree. We were so happy that they left them up for the New Year’s celebration. We had a wonderful time and all agreed that we would return. Also, the cleaning people were very gracious and mailed some left items. I felt like the owners and staff went out of their way to make it a lovely vacation.

We booked this property for a family getaway weekend. The property’s location had a beautiful view with quiet surroundings. The cabin was well equipped with needed supplies and materials for our stay. The only challenging part was the bedding arrangement with not enough beds for adults with only two main bedrooms, the rest bunk beds. We were also only 5 minutes away from the town, which offered dining, shopping and entertainment. Beautiful Hiking trails are also near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this cabin and would book again!

My husband and I brought our family and the kids closest friends to heal on the angelversary of our youngest son. The cabin was large enough and had plenty of towels, blankets, places to sleep as well as plates and silverware (little things we run into on other stays)!
If you are looking for the updated, recently remodeled, perfectly dust particle free cabin, this is NOT it. BUT if you are looking for a beautiful, cozy, homey and big group cabin, you found it. And Connie was so sweet and accommodating to our situation. We loved our bonding time in this home and look forward to coming back. ❤️

We booked this facility for our weekend retreat for our group in July 2022. This house has many levels where bedrooms are including ground level which feels like basement due to access thru stairs. In hot summer day this house has standalone AC in rooms which was not able to cool beyond 81 degree Celsius. The family room felt like a hot sauna for us , if I knew the central AC not working I would not have booked this. Will not recommend this for group of people due to AC issue.there is lots of sun coming thru the front room and standalone AC can not handle it.

We found mice dropping under the kitchen sink that evening but didn’t think too much about it until it was time to make beds that evening. When we pulled out the hide a bed for our small children to sleep near us it was obvious that there is a problem with mice! The bed was full of mouse poop!!! It greatly impacted our stay due to the fact that the other beds are “downstairs” and when I say downstairs it’s like a steep dark cold basement with a few beds and tiny bathroom. I advised the owner of the issue and the only response I received is “there has been a problem in the past and to let her know where the droppings were spotted so they could get pest control out.” Never as much even offered an apology for the inconvenience. The other hide a bed in the same room up more stairs I might add had absolutely no padding on it. My 4 and 5 year old had to sleep on the couch in a huge cabin that is suppose to comfortably sleep 16!

There were tons of towels and blankets for the family. Cabin needs good cleaning, ceiling fans have lots dirt on them, kitchen oven needs cleaning. There are a lot of stairs, keep that in mind if taken you older parents with you. The cabin was very nice and cozy, we enjoyed our stay very much!

This was a beautiful place in a great location with tons of space and things to do! It was also decorated beautifully 🎄We only had one complaint about the pots and pans condition and variety. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

We had family members meet us at this wonderful home in Pine. We stayed through Thanksgiving and the home was perfect for all who came. We played cards, games and Foosball. Everyone enjoyed it so much we plan on ever other year on Thanksgiving.

Everything was great. Only issue was we could not connect to Wi-Fi. Password was provided but not which Wi-Fi to connect to. After trying several we just gave up. Overall everything was very nice and as advertised. Cabin was beautiful.
