Situated in Minneapolis, this lovely house for $267 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! In the Heart of Northeast's Art District! Gorgeous 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with in-unit washer/dryer, amazing kitchen, and lots of space. Close to all the best FOOD and ACTIVITIES and BREWERIES in Northeast. ~10 mins from downtown and North Loop; ~20 mins from Uptown. There is basic cooking stuff (I cook simply), TV, and is walking distance. Travelers with best experience here tend to be younger in age. Note: changing decor at the moment.

Our stay at this VRBO was awesome all around. The location was great and the number of beds was great for our group! The host was responsive when we reached out. The unit had great AC, a large kitchen area, and a nice living space for us to gather in. Some of the fixtures in the unit seem like they were selected with this being a rental in mind, so they can be a little fragile/cheap in materials. Although, this did not hinder our enjoyment of the space, and I think it makes sense financially for the host.

The property was as listed and very comfortable. The location was 15 min from anywhere we needed or wanted to go. There was a small issue with the TV that was remedied quickly the next day. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi would disconnect intermittently and happened on all types of devices with all parties. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the house was as well.

A day or so before our arrive I got an email about all the rules of the house and code to door. Email stated we couldn’t use the garage, having an available garage in the description played a big factor into renting this house. Just to find out we couldn’t use it. I received an email before check in, stating housekeeping was running 30 minutes behind. For housekeeping needing extra time, they didn’t clean so well. We had to empty and put away the dishwasher and dryer. There was lots of food still left in the refrigerator from the previous people and it wasn’t wiped clean inside, the drawers in fridge were all broken. The fridges water filter needs to be changed. Every hotel or vrbo house I’ve rented the fridge has always been clean and empty. The coffee table, window sills, stove fan…etc looked like it hadn’t been down for months it was all so dusty. There was a lengthy list of things for us to do before checking out, we had to do half of the housekeepers job!! So why did I pay so much for housekeeping? There was no extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, we had to buy our own. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers were basically empty as well, but also stated in the description that was available. The list stated we couldn’t wear our shoes in the house , but there was dog hair everywhere in the house from the previous renters. neighbor was a little sketchy. The house was big enough for our family and we all had our own space.

We were a group of 5 that rented this property for a long weekend. Location in the heart of NE Minneapolis can't be beat. The place accommodated us very comfortably.
The only issue we had was with the cleanliness when we arrived; the kitchen wasn't fully cleaned and one of the bathrooms had a clogged sink. When raised with the property owner, they sent their cleaner (whose contact info is also on the fridge) to take care of whatever they could and the cleaner was very apologetic and helpful.
All considered, I'd gladly stay at this place again.

Beds were comfortable but a lot of light comes in to bedrooms at night making it a little difficult to sleep. We appreciated the adequate heat inside and winter wonderland outside! Ask if dishwasher has been fixed, could definitely use some new skillets. Overall a pleasant home with lots of room for a family to stay!

This place was awesome - clean, modern & updated, lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get anywhere in the cities. Only downside was not enough comfy seating in the living room - with more than three people, one couch wasn’t enough. We could have also used a shovel after arriving after a snowstorm to clean up the stairs & walks. Overall great rental, would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a great part of Minneapolis (close to great bars and restaurants), and a nice living room area for us to hangout. Only downside we ran into is that although it says it sleeps 9, one would have had to sleep on a small leather couch. Thankfully one friend was not able to come so no one had to, but something to note if you are looking to accommodate 9 people with a bed. Overall this vrbo worked out great for what we were looking for!

My super-picky (I mean, discerning) husband loved this place! Extremely clean and clearly recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable— my kids, husband and I all slept well and warmly (December reviews and there was a cold snap the first couple of days). Great location near restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Only suggestion would be to have real sugar for the coffee, not just substitutes (minor inconvenience). The owner replied within minutes when I realized I’d forgotten something after we checked out. We plan to come back in the summer and stay again!

Range top knobs do not match burners. One is stripped making turning burner off very difficult. Walls need repair/paint. Downstairs shower/ tub drains very slowly. Several areas felt like they had not really been cleaned. You pay a cleaning fee but yet they want you to do some cleaning chores before you leave we felt they should be doing not us!!!

The location was fantastic, as I was performing downtown, to provide easy access to the theater and surrounding areas! It was stylish and comfortable, which we appreciated greatly. They even had a sidewalk clearing service for the snow and ice upon our arrival, that was a surprise for us! Thank yall so much, and we can't wait to come back!
