Located in Kelowna, this lovely house for $92 per night is a great option for your next break. City of Kelowna Business License: #4083016 Guests: Please note that the price point listed is for 2 guests only. Up to two additional guests are welcome but there will be an extra fee per night. Please inform the hosts if more than two guests are planning a stay. La Petite is a renovated, bright, 850 sq ft lower level private space. It is a partial, self contained accomodation that is attached to our home. This charming and cozy two bedroom, one bath with kitchen access , dining and living room is a quiet, welcome retreat for the single, couple or family who require temporary accommodation while they vacation, complete business or require hospital access in our beautiful city. It is in an ideal location in the Lower Mission with easy vehicle travel to wineries, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, golf courses, and skiing. The hospital is less than 6 km away. We are also within a ten minute walk to the CNC, H2O Aquatic Center, Sarson's Beach and the Michaelbrook Golf Course. A seasonal organic farm market is also enroute! La Petite is tastefully furnished with full access to a laundry and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, utensils, cookware and bakeware that you would require to feel at home.The Master bedroom features a large closet, fresh linens, a desk and one comfy queen size bed. The second bedroom, also with a large closet, is fitted with fresh linens and two comfortable twin beds that readily convert to a king size should you need. A small dog is very welcome- with soft pet bedding and pet dishes provided! Toys are happily available for small children. The spacious bath appeals to both those who love to soak and/or shower. The living area offers an intimate dining space with a table, chandelier, hutch and four chairs, a sofa, benches and a chair. A flat screen TV and an electric fireplace are welcome additions to those who just prefer to cozy up at home. Wifi and internet are included. Laminate flooring and tile service the entire living space. Your own personal parking space is conveniently located right outside the door on the homesite property! La Petite is unfortunately not wheel chair accessible as there are five steps that lead to the entrance. We are excited to provide a home away from home while you stay in Kelowna, BC. Our city is remarkable and renowned for world class tourism, wineries, restaurants, sporting events and healthcare. We look forward to being your hosts during your stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend! La Petite is exceptional. The hosts have thought of everything. It is extremely well stocked, and the finishing touches are second to none. Comfort, comfort, comfort! The controlled heating for each space is greatly appreciated. We have traveled extensively and have accessed varied accommodations throughout Canada and beyond. La Petite is a gift. Highly recommended!

Alf & Brenda are great hosts who have a wonderful cozy place that feels like home. Everything you need is available. It’s very private and the gardens in the back are fantastic. Our little Yorkies were very comfortable too! Would recommend to anyone visiting Kelowna. Much better than a hotel. Thank you very much Alf & Brenda!!!

The suite is very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent and the yard is incredible! We were very comfortable and plan to stay there again. La Petite is definitely an above average vacation rental!

We - 3 adults and a dog - had a great stay at La Petite. It's a little bit out of the way and you definitely need a car but there is a really good off leash dog park a 5 minute drive away. The suite was gloriously cool is the 30 degree Kelowna heat and the beds were very comfortable. The garden is delightful as well.

This was an amazing gem of a find at a good value. The hosts (A&B) were kind and accommodating. The suite was well laid out, quiet, well appointed, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. As a huge bonus, A&B have laid out their backyard as a hidden oasis with beautiful paths and gardens with various seating areas. Breakfast and coffee in the back garden was an unexpected treat. The location on an arterial road was convenient to find and get places, but the way they have modernized and laid out the suite and property insulates you from the sound of passing traffic. A&B were accommodating and informative - perfect hosts. We have found our recommended and repeat spot to stay in Kelowna!

This is a lovely 2 bedroom with access to a beautiful (shared) backyard. The artful decor was a delight, plenty of comfortable seating, very clean, well equipped with everything you will need. Brenda and her sister met us and were a pleasure to chat with, making us feel very welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for your hospitality!

There is not one negative thing I can think of. This was a lovely suite, beautiful gardens, wonderful owners, excellent communication throughout, the most well appointed suite we have ever stayed in and a great location. This is a must for anyone wishing to stay in Kelowna. We will definitely be back!

You won't find better hosts anywhere!! The deserve 10 stars. Alf and Brenda went over and above with their hospitality, from several chats with Brenda prior to our arrival, to an early morning drive to our conference.
