About this villa rental
Il Diaccino is a lovely small villa, perfect for two, which overlooks an extraordinary landscape of hills, vineyards and olive groves, with Siena in the background.
All rooms are furnished with elegance. The entrance leads to a double living room with large windows overlooking the garden and the view. On the ground floor, there is also a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a door leading onto the garden, as well as a bathroom with shower. The double bedroom with powder room is on the top floor and has an even wider view.
Outdoors there is a covered private patio with dining facilities. The private leisure pool (not heated), is open from end of May to end of September.
The last few hundred metres consist of a rural unpaved road.
The owners are winemakers and live nearby. They will personally greet their guests and are ready to assist and advise them at any time, to make their stay truly special and memorable.
The minimum required stay is of 3 days.

The property was excellent, beautiful location located right off the hillside. Anna was extremely helpful and helped book reservations and gave suggestions for things to do. Would highly recommend this stay to anybody.

Great place for a couple, high up in the Chianti hills within easy reach of Siena, Florence, Arezzo and other beautiful cities and towns. The views from the garden were beautiful and the local wine very good. The pool whilst not heated was great to cool down in as the temperature was in the low 30’s. Barbara was very supportive before and during our stay. We would t hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a piece of the Tuscan relaxation.

We had an excellent stay on the Podere Ciona estate. The free wine tasting was an excellent touch and Barbara was always on hand to assist with any queries.

Outstanding location and incredibly hospitable hosts. The villa commands spectacular views, is a perfect starting point for day trips and exudes warmth and charm.If you can, schedule a personal tasting of their wines; very informative with lots of attention to detail. The winery focuses on quality assurance at the "picking" stage and only gets better from there.
