About this cabin rental
Hidden Springs Ranch Lodge is spacious enough to handle groups up to 90 people, the Lodge provides unmatched accommodations for family reunions, large company retreats, corporate retreats, wedding receptions, or getaways with friends. Surrounded by a beautiful 700 acre cattle ranch with enough activities and space for large groups, Hidden Springs Ranch is truly one-of-a-kind. Being able to accommodate your entire group of up to 90 people all under one roof is not usually an option at other guest ranches.
You group will never run out of things to do on the Hidden Springs Ranch. The pool, hot tub, volleyball, horseshoes, and large grass area are great for families to enjoy right in the backyard. On the property there is also a fishing and canoeing pond, indoor basketball, pickleball, and volleyball court, skeet shooting deck, rock climbing wall, and mountain biking trails. There is endless fun for everyone in your group at Hidden Springs Ranch!
The Outdoor Pool is heated from May 15 to September 30th each season. The Outdoor Spa is heated year-round. From October 1 to November 30 and from March 16th through May 1st, the pool can be heated, upon advanced request for $199 per day, with a three-day minimum. The pool is closed from December 1 to March 15 each year.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 180 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 180 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.

This lodge is very accommodating for large groups! The kitchen and pantry area is fully stocked with everything you could possibly think you’ll need for appliances. The main area is extremely spacious and could easily fit our group of 55 people.

The lodge was massive and we had more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was big and there were two refrigerators and freezers with plenty of food storage space.
The property manager was awesome and we received very clear instructions. The only downfall was a broken elevator when we had a student in a wheelchair and the only place that we could put him was a storage closet for chairs and tables. My one suggestion is to create a room on the main floor in case the elevator breaks again so that someone in a wheelchair still feels like a valued guest.

We just had the most amazing stay at Hidden Springs Ranch. Thanks for sharing this fantastic property with us! We have spent a lot of time and effort the last 10 years finding and trying different places for our family reunion (+50 people). Nothing we have been to before has even come close to what Hidden Springs has to offer. The Facility itself and the range of activities are as good or better than anything we've tried before. And we were all unanimous in deciding to return for our next reunion. SO, Thanks Again!

This property is good, have good space, but we didn't have hot water... Just the first night.
The pool we never used because we have to pay extra for nothing, because never have hot water and they don't want return the money we paid extra for use the pool...
So bad experience!!!
