Dining room table with comfortable sitting for 6 guests (extra folding chairs available).   Downstairs another huge master suite with sitting area, which has separate entrance and another suite bedroom with Queen size bed. Downstairs is another living area set up as a game room with large screen TV, Bar area and awesome pool table as well as screened porch with cozy couch and chairs, enough things to entertain adults, kids, teenagers or young at heart. There is also a fenced yard perfect if you want to bring your furry friend along ($100 per pet fee). List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!    Trash days are Monday / Thursday Pool cleaning on Thursdays             Lawn Mowing is on Wednesdays Other Things to Note: After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
