Communication re check-in instructions was thorough and efficient given it was self processed. More spacious than advertised. Self sufficient with a kitchen area and washing machine. Small balcony allows for drying of laundry. Walking distance to outer Tsukiji market with its great food options. One of the best value accommodations I’ve stayed at in Tokyo when factoring in connectivity, space, basic facilities.

Great location next to Tsukiji market. Very efficient use of space in the room. Loved the shower, the washing machine, and everything else in the room that made tbe stay so comfortable.
The Nespresso coffee maker downstairs had mold 😭. Couldn’t use it.

The tiny kitchen.
There is nothing in the area. The place is almost situated in an alley. There are zero restaurants in the vicinity.
The food court across the street was closed at 5pm. In fact the building was locked up and there was no entry, The key lock system to enter the unit was very iffy. One day I had to try to enter the unit and had to go thru the exercise at least 10 times before it finally unlocked. I was ready to panic because there is no one around to help. The call system is a complete failure.
