About this house rental
Nestled in Bradley Beach, this attractive house for $281 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our Ocean Grove beach home is 4 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to the beautiful quaint town. Our home has 3 bedrooms that sleep, 8 plus one sleeper couch on the second floor that can sleep 2 more and one large couch on the ground floor which can sleep 1 but it is not a sofa pull out bed. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, one bedroom has a queen sized bed with two twin beds and the other 2 beds are twin and living room bed is a sleep couch is double sized too. The house has air conditioners in all the bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms. There is street parking on both streets of our corner home. There are two baths, 1 full with a large rain fall shower on the second floor and a half bath on the ground floor. Laundry and bikes available for your use. There is a gourmet kitchen and dining room. Two living rooms on the first floor and a TV room on the second floor. Two large porches one on the first floor and the other on the second floor with big comfortable couches for lounging. We have a brick patio with barbecue and tables for enjoying outdoor dining. Wifi and access to roku, netflix, hulu on TV is included. No need to bring sheets, or towels, pillows or blankets we have it all there for you. Please renters be 23+ in order to rent our home. Check in 4pm Check out 11am

Perfect rental and location for a family wedding in Asbury Park. Weather was amazing for October. Enjoyed walking to beach and to wedding venue in Asbury Park. House was clean and perfect for our group.

Large property with ample room and beds for a large group. Good location, close to the beach and walking distance from the main street of Ocean Grove as well as the edge of Asbury Park boardwalk. Fun place to stay, only note would be there are a fair amount of stairs to get up and down within the property (for those with limited mobility). Would certainly stay here again!

Three generations of women met for the weekend, right after a flood causing storm. So when we got to the house, Mother Nature had left the neighborhood and house with a few surprises. Thankfully, Jen and Dean responded quickly and with action to make sure nothing negatively affected our weekend.
The house is nicely finished, has everything we needed and more, and is very spacious. Would recommend!

This was such a great place. Very short walk to Ocean Grove Beach which is beautiful and a short walk to asbury Park. I stayed there for a week with friends joining me for the weekend. Large house with three bedrooms. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is perfect. The host could not have been more accommodating. I had some scheduling issues and she worked it all out for me. I cannot wait to stay there again

Loved mostly everything about our stay here: historic, quiet neighborhood, four blocks to the beach, thoughtful accommodations, great kitchen, several outdoor areas to relax and visit. The only fly in the ointment: extremely uncomfortable mattresses, couches, and chairs. Am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed again. Otherwise, perfect.

From the first message to the last, Jen was super responsive. The property is perfectly located to shops & beach. From Bikes to beach ... it is included (not every property does this). Jen has thought of everything AND MORE! My only problem.. my vacation wasn't longer so I could enjoy this beautiful home more.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Grove so much! The whole process was so easy and absolutely everything we needed was at the house. I loved having use of the beach locker and the bikes. Having towels and sheets already at the property made it so much easier for traveling. Everything was easy to understand and was communicated very clearly. We are already planning our visit next year!

We can’t think of any improvements that could be made to improve our stay. This place is perfect - walk to beach and cute town and asbury park. Quiet, comfortable, clean, nice porch, great kitchen. Makes for a fun vacation!

We had such a nice time in this beautiful home. The neighborhood was lovely, the home was exactly as described and it was such a quick walk to both the town and the beach. We especially enjoyed the comfy porch furniture and hanging out together in the patio area. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

The property was exactly as described. Location was wonderful, very close to shops & restaurants. About a 30 minute, easy, walk to the Asbury Park boardwalk. Loved the outdoor space, used the back patio a lot!

This is a nice clean house in a great location. The only problem is the tiny third bedroom. It is advertised as having two twin beds, but in reality it only has a trundle bed. When the lower bed is pulled out it cannot be moved apart from the upper bed because the room is too small. That means that the person in the upper bed has to step on and over the person in the lower bed to get out of bed. Obviously this might be ok for children but it doesn’t work for adults. Another concern is the staircase inside—it is dark and steep, and there’s a tricky set of steps at the bottom of the stairs that forms a real trip hazard. If the twin bed situation and dark stairwell were rectified we would give this property five stars for its location, cleanliness, and great outdoor space

This is our second time staying at this property for a family beach vacation and it was, once again, a great stay. Owner is easy to communicate with and very accommodating and the house was clean and is well taken care of. Close enough to walk to the beach but on a quiet street. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely home just blocks from a beautiful beach. Our entire family enjoyed the house and the kids really loved the outside shower after a long day at the beach. This was our first time here, but have already booked a week next year for what is sure to be a family tradition. Great house, great hosts.

There are some great things to enjoy about this house! Having bikes available was a nice treat and the large air conditioner in the kitchen really made a big difference while cooking during the hot days! The patio out back had cute lights in the evening. Also, the owners sent a very helpful video ahead of our arrival with information and directions.
The air conditioners in the bedrooms were a bit loud for our kids but so nice to have to keep cool .The only “problem” was that there was some confusion about the stated check out times in the listing/confirmation emails so the cleaning person showed up before we left - when booking, I’d just double check with the owner next time. (We also didn’t find any washcloths, so folks may want to bring some.) Jen, thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We felt really grateful for a homey place to stay!
