About this condo rental
Nestled in Springdale, this attractive condo for $342 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our place is a super spacious, bright, happy and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Springdale! You will be so happy you didn't choose a cramped hotel room as soon as you walk into this place! I can't tell you how many times I've heard "wow this place is even bigger than I thought!" from our guests. We are travelers too and very much appreciate clean, comfortable and well stocked places! So we definitely do everything we can to ensure that our guests feel at home here! Our rental features two bedrooms each appointed with a queen size bed, always nice and clean linens and 4 pillows each bed, night stands and a chair. There is also a quaint open closet space in each room to hang your clothes and stash your bag. The sizable bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The double sinks and mirrors are separate from it so that no one gets stuck waiting to brush their teeth before you leave for your adventure! There are nice bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper, bandaids, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. We do what we can to make you feel at home and covered! Our full kitchen keeps it simple, but we've made sure it is stocked with everything you need and nothing you don't. There is a full sized stainless refrigerator, oven and micro hood, dishwasher, dishes for 6, plenty of glasses, simple baking wares, spatulas, wine cork, knives, scissors, blender, a Keurig coffee maker and a french press (for those like me that prefer it). We stock dish cloths, towels, soaps and garbage bags. Some spices (but we keep it very basic). There is seating for 6 at the large concrete bar. Our kitchen and living room share a generously sized open room with 8 windows for you to enjoy the views of Zion! We have newly added a queen size hide-a- bed couch to go along with our super comfy couch (oh yes, plenty of seating here). This allows for us to accommodate another 2 guests. Please let us know at time of booking if you will need the use of this so that we can leave extra sheets, pillows and towels. They are not always keep them in the apartment. There is a small extra charge for over 4 guests. Please feel free to contact Zabrina if you have questions or concerns though! We are here to help. There are 2 smart tv's in our apartment. One in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom. We have Directv and a DVD player and guests are welcome to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. accounts on the smart tvs. The easy to control thermostat for the heating and air conditioning is located in the hallway. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in this super fun and convenient apartment. See you soon!

The location is fantastic. It's a 20-minute walk to the park entrance and there are good restaurants, coffee shops, a laundromat, gas station and grocery store right on top of you.
There is a spacious full kitchen if you want to cook. We have 4 people and never felt crammed.
There were a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of living room seating, bikes for rent right outside and a shuttle stop on the street. Visit the candy shop next to the laundry mat!
We could clearly hear the people upstairs, likely a family with kids, running around in the mornings, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. Even with crowds just outside our door at the bike shop, the noise didnt seem to travel into the apartment, and the solid blinds give you a sense of privacy.
Host was responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again.

We had an excellent stay! The owner was so helpful and attentive. Our boys used the sleeper sofa in the living room, it’s the nicest sleeper ever! So convenient to restaurants and everything you need for a great Zion visit.

This is a wonderful apartment, right downtown in Springdale. Restaurants are in easy walking distance and the park shuttle is almost across the street. I've stayed in a number of vacation rentals and, in my experience, this may be the most thoughtfully designed and appointed place my family and I have stayed. The attention to detail is amazing and I'm a little surprised by how much I appreciated it! It made for a very comfortable stay. Zabrina was very communicative and helpful. Be aware that you truly are downtown; there's a bike rental business next door and the front windows look out on a parking lot and pizza restaurant. That said, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful and since we were in the park all day, being in the heart of things was all upside for us. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment, were upgraded to the 3 bedroom by our hosts. They had great communication from initial booking all the way through our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, more so than other places we've stayed. Everything was very clean, great instructions for anything we needed. Location was excellent: close to Zion entrance, as well as many restaurants and shops. Thank you!

Really great property super close to the entrance of Zion. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen. If I had any negatives it would only be that you can hear whoever is staying in the upstairs unit, but that’s part of being in a lower unit, don’t let that stop you from staying here!!

Overall, this was an excellent stay. They cleanliness was absolutely pristine. We went to Zion and used the Springdale shuttle across the street at Zion Bank to easy access the park. Communication was fast and responsive. Treat this property with respect and many more guests will continue to enjoy and have a great experience.

The location is great and the layout is very spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed the two bathroom sink set up outside the shower and toilet. The island between great room and kitchen was spacious for our things with plenty of room to still eat at.
Only minor issue was noise from floor above was loud sometimes in the mornings above the bedroom we used.

Perfect place for our vacation!
We all enjoyed this lovely condo. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Everything was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. All the little details were thought about by the owners. Everything was within walking distance and parking was not a problem. Our host responded quickly to our needs. We would definately stay here again.
