Located in Pacific City, this attractive house for $373 per night is a great option for your next break. We'd love to have you enjoy our newer constructed home (completed Feb. 2017) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home located in the Kiwanda Shores gated community of Pacific City! This new construction home is just a 4 minute walk and two blocks from a long stretch of beautiful sandy beaches ready for exploring! The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Main level living includes a large, open floor plan. The living room features a propane fireplace, large sectional and vaulted ceilings, all open to the dining area and kitchen. You will find a cozy and relaxing atmosphere while you watch your favorite show or movie on the 65" curved TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and private en suite bathroom. Additionally you will find two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. On those pleasant summer days, relax on the back deck or paved patio while dinner is cooking on the oversized stainless steel BBQ. High end finishes include granite counter tops, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, you'll find an oversized loft room and full size, private bathroom. Loft features a full size bed, twin bed, and queen hide-a-bed sofa with a memory foam mattress. This provides a great space for kids to hang out and watch a movie from our collection or Netflix or play video games on the Xbox 1s or Wii. Additionally, enjoy the arcade, foosball, air hockey, or a game of pool in the garage. Beach toys and a few chairs are available for your day trips and bonfires on the beach. We have also provided a BOB jogging stroller for the little ones. You're within a quick walk to the beach, the Pelican Brew Pub, coffee shops, and the Kiwanda Market. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sandpiper Escape! Additional Info: Extra wide driveway allows for parking three vehicles (can put a fourth across the bottom of the driveway on the gravel if needed). The home was lovely. lots of room and things to do. quick walk to the beach. we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived! The host were responsive to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet.Very lovely! Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast. Our son loved using the video game systems and beating his grandparents at air hockey.

Great house set up for many guests perfect for family to get together. Loved that the kiddos had their own space upstairs. Having three full baths was also nice so everyone had their own. It rained while we were there but there was plenty to keep entertained with the games in the garage and the game closet. Short walk to the beach was nice, close-ish to town. The house overall was kept nice unfortunately the house keepers missed quite a few areas of the home but would overall stay again.

The house was clean, the location was great, and we had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with. The garage/game room was a hit with everyone as well. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The location of the house was perfect. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Driving into town was less than 5 minutes which was nice when we wanted to grab something quickly. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10 out of 10 recommend. This house is a few blocks away from the beach, you can tell the house is well taken care of! Sheets and towel are white and clean, kitchen has all the cooking pots, pans, utensils you will need. Grill out back was great, family enjoyed having the pool table out in the garage. Would come back again!

Amazing house in a great neighborhood, close to the beach, hosts were great. Awesome game room and lots of board games. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and pillows were comfy, linens and towels good quality. We had a wonderful time😊

Great house in a great location. Comfortably slept two families of four. Loft was a great hang out space and sleeping spot for the kids. No shortage of stuff to do around the house after a long day at the beach. Between the gaming systems, air hockey, pool table, foosball table, and the unique arcade system, we were all entertained. Well stocked with games, as well. Kitchen had everything we needed and was laid out in convenient way. We were able walk to the beach each day from the house with all our beach gear. Overall, one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in and would definitely come back!

Our family of 6 have rented homes in Pacific City at least 5 times- this is our favorite! The layout works really well, the kitchen is well-equipped, the game room garage was incredible! This house has lots of thoughtful details: plenty of games and puzzles, jacket hooks and a bench by the door, plenty of towels and soaps, generously large dining table, comfy beds and couches. Kiwanda Shores neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.

This house worked wonderfully for our family of four adults and five kids ages 10 to 16. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and the pool table, foozball and air hockey in the garage are wonderful extras. It's also an easy walk to the beach. 5 stars!

Beautiful newer home that is set up well with three full baths, an additional sleeping loft room, and a great game room. Kitchen is well appointed. Just a couple blocks to walk for private beach access. The hosts provided lots of great information on local attractions. We loved renting boogie boards from Moment Surf, kayaking the Nestucca River with Nestucca Adventures, and exploring the tidal pools at Cape Kiwanda. Beautiful sunsets on the beach every night! Would love to come back again!

We loved our stay , it was awesome Memorial Day gateway with family and friends. The house is so clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying in the house more that outside. We attended a family wedding at Pacific City and the house was the perfect size for our family. It was even located within walking distance of the reception held at the community center. Alittle further away we were able to walk to the Pelican Brewing Co. instead of driving. Marika was very helpful before the trip giving suggestions of where to shop. We especially enjoyed touring the Tillamook Cheese Factory. When we returned to N.C. I have been able to find their delicious ice cream sandwiches in our grocery store. Thank you for sharing your home and we would definitely recommend your home as a very nice place to stay. We also enjoyed the game room.

Easy walk to the beach, the house is clean, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the things you may need. The layout of the house is excellent for family gatherings in the living/dining/kitchen area.
