About this house rental
Located in Fernandina Beach, this lovely house for $591 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Perfect for large groups! Sleeps 16! Three levels and an Elevator!. This wonderful and elegant three level townhome with elevator provides superb accommodations for a family, couples traveling together or multi family reunions. It sleeps 15 people! The townhome never feels crowded due to the spaciousness! The townhome is approximately 200 yards to the closest beach access, across the street from the beach. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The townhome has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. It offers a wood burning fireplace in the living area to make it cozy on those rare cooler nights, beautiful bamboo floors, high ceilings throughout, and a private elevator with access to all floors. What an asset getting all those groceries up to the top floor! The elevator and first floor shower make this house wheelchair accessible which is a huge bonus! This home is designed with elegance and luxury in mind and has so many wonderful features! It is equipped with all the technology you would expect: wide screen HD Smart TV's in the living room, den, and master bedroom. Plus, flat screen TV's are in all bedrooms. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with large walk-in closets, full bathroom and the two car parking garage. For an added comvenience, there is a coffee bar located between the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The full bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower. The second level consists of three large bedrooms with walk-in closets, en suite luxury marble bathrooms, and flat screen TV's. The master bedroom, third bedroom, located oceanside is elegantly furnished and has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a HD smart TV. There is also a daybed, and a comfortable chair - just in case you feel the need for some quiet time away from the kids! There is a small balcony to step out and enjoy the ocean breezes! The luxurious en suite marble bathroom features his/hers vanities, glass block shower with a Kohler 9 head system with steam, a towel warmer, and heated bath floor system. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The marble en suite bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination. Also, there is a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and flatscreen TV. The marble en suite bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination. The top floor is an open floor plan and consists of the kitchen, living area, dining area, full size laundry room, powder room, a separate sitting area/den, and balcony. The gourmet kitchen is stunning with an island counter with 1" thick custom ThinkGlass top. All the appliances are stainless steel; it has a Wolf 5 burner gas stove top, Sharp microwave drawer, Miele dishwasher, Kitchen Aid double convection oven and a Samsung French door refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your meals. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for grabbing a quick snack or enjoying your morning coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for six. On the west side of the townhome is another sitting area/den with a sofa, loveseat, futon, and a flat screen TV. There is also a dining table with seating for six that comes in handy as a second seating area for dining. The living area is bright and spacious with a wraparound leather sofa. This comfortable sofa makes the perfect spot to enjoy the large flat screen TV. An added bonus, is the wood burning fireplace for those cool nights! The living area opens directly to the balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the ocean view and cool breezes! Just a few steps to the north, is a very popular restaurant/bar. Enjoy a night away from cooking and walk over for a burger or shrimp basket and enjoy the outdoors on the restaurant's huge deck. There is usually live music nightly, and both kids and adults will enjoy the laid back, fun atmosphere! This townhome was a two car garage for added security. Parking is also allowed in the driveway closest to the garage door. Once you stay in this lovely, spacious townhome, you will want to make this your "go to" spot! we stayed here with extended family and it was quite spacious. the kitchen area is large enough for everyone to congregate including our son in a wheelchair. The elevator worked great no complaints!! great family vacation , restaurants nearby had great food, including our to go Thanksgiving dinner

Our group of four ladies who’ve been friends for thirty years had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home. It was a short walk to the beach, across Fletcher Ave., and a short drive to many great restaurants and shops. The master ensuite is indescribably beautiful and the elevator was a lifesaver for one friend with a recent hip replacement. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Rented this little gem along with theee other properties including the unit next door for our golf group. Townhouse was exactly as advertised and communication by property manager Lee Steger was excellent. Location was a bonus. This place is a must rent. Beware, lots of stairs, but the view was worth the climb.

Fantastic home, 3 stories, with an elevator which aided our 79 and 76 year old family members. Kitchen superb! Open floor plan, dining room table, kitchen and living room amazing you can see every guest on the 3rd floor within sight. Then around corner you have another living room.
Laundry room, we couldn't locate the lights. We required to utilize the heat, had to call property manager which in turn expedited HVAC company to come over and handled professionally and timely.
Master bedroom spacious, bathroom enormous and shower has 9 shower heads.

Nine of us stayed for six nights over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Place was clean and well-appointed. Lee the property manager is great to deal with. Kitchen large - plenty of dishes and bakeware/cookware. Good gathering place on top floor (where kitchen/family room is located.) Location is very good - front faces Fletcher - view of ocean between buildings. Ocean access a half block away. Town is only 5 min or so to the north and golf courses/Ritz about 5 min south. Next door neighbors are friendly as well. We always enjoy Amelia Island and if we need a big place next time, we will definitely try and book this place!

We were in Amelia Island for my daughters wedding. We shared this place with the grooms parents and siblings, as well as the bride and groom. It was a great space that accommodated our families very well. All the bedrooms and bathrooms allowed privacy. We enjoyed making meals together in the large kitchen. The house was very nicely decorated and offered comfortable accommodations. The master suite was amazing! We didn’t want to leave! Both families were very satisfied with this property. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. It was a great location as well with easy access to the beach and view from the balcony.

Our trip to Fernandina Beach was absolutely amazing. The property was just as we expected it to be, based on the pictures that we saw. Everyone in our party was able to have their own space. The kitchen was furnished and we were able to cook several meals there with no issues. The beaches there are beautiful! We will definitely make plans to return here again.

The only problem we had was with the master shower. The jets seemed awesome, until it got so hot it was burning you. Then it wouldn't start. Every morning it needed to be restarted. They said they had a part coming in to fix it. Overall, it was a great vacation! Love that there's a bathroom for almost every room! Great for getting ready for a wedding! We had so much fun here!

We saved a ton of money NOT eating out every day and dealing with Covid regulations. I would definitely rent from them again. Beds were super comfy.
