About this condo rental

Located in Blowing Rock, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a great option for your next trip. PETS: Sorry, we are no longer accepting pets. NOTE: This is a third-floor unit and the complex does not have elevators. The condo is currently undergoing renovations so the pictures don't reflect what it will look like when completed by May (calendar is blocked until then). New kitchen, new floors, etc. Our in-town location provides great convenience! You can walk to Blowing Rock's famous downtown Main Street where you can find restaurants, shopping, garden parks and a great recreation park for the kids. The condominium features two master bedrooms, a quiet 3rd floor location, and plenty of nearby activities to please anyone. And of course there is always Blowing Rock's cool summer days at ~3600 foot elevation! Each bedroom contains a full bath and queen-sized bed. The master bedroom includes a vertical dresser and armoire. The second bedroom includes a 49' HDTV w/Roku device. The living room's vaulted ceiling offers spaciousness that can only be had with a third-floor unit, a ventless gas fireplace, and a 65" HDTV. A nicely stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes and includes a refrigerator with icemaker, smooth-top stove and Bosch dishwasher. Also included are a microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The resort is less than one and a half miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. From there you have easy access to the Parkway Craft Center at Moses Cone park (milepost 294.1) and its many miles of walking trails. Julian Price Memorial Park (milepost 297) is a few miles south on the parkway and offers a picturesque mountain lake and boating. Grandfather Mountain, with its famous mile-high swinging bridge, is about 15 miles south and also has a zoo and various mountain-top trails. A mile up Rte 321 is the Tanger Outlet Center and few miles up Rte 321 is Appalachian Ski Mountain and the Tweetsie Railroad amusement park. A little further is Boone, NC where you can find Appalachian State University (ASU) and a wide variety of stores and restaurants in its large commercial district.

What a perfect home to stay while exploring the area with a little kid! Great communication, very clean, and just such a perfect space for our little family. There’s so much to do in the area! Definitely recommend staying here to explore Blowing Rock!

The unit was perfect for my husband and two kids (4 and 7) for a long weekend. It was a ten minute walk to all the cool shops/restaurants and the playground. Good communication with the host, and easy to check in and check out. We’d stay here again!

This place was very cozy. A little small but efficient layout. One of the bathroom toilet and shower area was very small. The beds were a little firm. Could use some updating. But an overall nice place to stay. Very convenient to downtown Blowing Rock and Appalachian ski mountain. Had a good weekend stay.

The condo had everything we needed for a quite long-weekend getaway. The property was convenient to shopping and restaurants but is situated where you don't feel others are on top of you. The owner made sure we were familiar with the condo setup and he he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay there again.

This was a comfy, quiet condo that suited our needs well (a retired couple). It's only a couple of blocks from downtown Blowing Rock and easy to find. The host Bill has done a fine job of providing for his guests with plenty of linens and kitchen utensils, even some spices. We used it as our base for forays into Moses Cone Park for great walks during the fall color. And of course Blowing Rock is a delightful little town to visit. My only caveat is that, as he mentions in the description, it is on the third floor, so consider what you need to travel with and haul up the stairs.

The condo was just a couple of blocks from the Main Street in downtown Blowing Rock. The property was well taken care of but it’s very dated. If location is your top priority then this is a nice option.

Property was a short walk to center of town so a car was not needed to get to restaurants, ice cream, coffee and local breweries . Entire unit was clean and modern. Would recommend to others and certainly will stay there again!

The location of the condo is terrific. You could walk to Blowing Rock with no trouble. It is a quiet and safe area. The condo sparkled with cleanliness. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all you would need to prepare a meal. Decorated tastefully. It is on the third floor so be sure you are in good shape to climb the stairs.

We were very comfortable in this 2 bedroom rental for a long weekend! The kitchen was well stocked so I it was easy to make breakfast in the mornings and then walk up to downtown for lunch, shopping, etc. Excellent location and attention to detail!

Four adults stayed for a week.. We had a great time. The condo was clean and neat. The most well stocked kitchen I have seen in a vacation rental. The beds were very comfortable, not those squeaky back breakers you find in a lot of rentals. We truly wanted for nothing during our stay. 1/4 mile walk to downtown Blowing Rock. Numerous restaurants and bars close by. The owner was great. He contacted us about an issue he found prior to our arrival and wanted to let us know that a service call had already been generated. Minor issue, but it was fixed promptly. If we return to the Blowing Rock area, I would consider staying here again.
