Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, attractions, golfing and skiing, this mountain town has small town appeal in a great location! Walk to local shops and restaurants, take a drive down the Blue Ridge, play a round of golf in the spring and summer or hit the slopes at Appalachian Ski Mountain (8 min) or Sugar Mountain Resort in the winter (30 min). Take a ride on the Alpine Coaster (30 min) or walk across the Mile High Swinging Bridge at Grandfather Mountain (30 min). Do some shopping at the Tanger outlets (5 min) or take the kids to Tweetsie Railroad (8 min). Visit the town of Boone (15 min) and take in a football game at Appalachian State University. Blowing Rock is truly a year round destination! Space Details: + Top floor, with private outdoor patio. (No noise above you) + Rustic condo features hickory wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, pine tongue n groove ceilings, fireplace and upgraded furniture! + Sleep comfortably on MEMORY FOAM mattresses! + Both bedrooms have completely renovated private bathrooms. The space Entire condo is yours! Other things to note High speed internet ONLY! No cable! Stream Hulu, YouTube, Netflix, etc with ease! The unit is located on the third floor of the complex. There is no elevator on site. Please note parking is limited to two vehicles maximum. Also note that large trailers and additional equipment (trailers, boats, etc) are not allowed to be parked on property per HOA rules.

This condo is exactly what we were looking for! It was spotless, decorated so cute, in the perfect location, and in a quiet area. Any questions I had were answered immediately by our host! We can’t wait to come back to blowing rock and we will definitely stay here again when we do!!

Place is very nice and in a great location. Very well decorated with a good modern, mountain house feel. Bathrooms fixtures and kitchen were all good too. Fireplace worked well and looks great. The owner was quick to communicate and respond to any questions. Will definitely try and stay here again.

The property was very clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. My husband and our two friends stayed here for a quick weekend trip in Blowing Rock. It is the perfect location for walking into downtown Blowing Rock where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. We also went snowboarding at App Ski Mountain which is a quick 10-15 minute driver from the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Was in a great location. We could walk to Blowing Rock and such an easy drive into Boone. Will stay again. Owner was very responsive. My only issue with check in was the VRBO app was not working well. I had to continuously update or reboot to read instructions or communicate with owner. Other than that was great experience.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. It is very clean, just as advertised, and the property manager responded quickly to any questions. The location worked really well! There’s a great breakfast place about one block down the street, and it’s a very reasonable walk to the heart of downtown Blowing Rock.
