I liked the vintage feel of the place, wood floors, decks, comfortable wood furniture. I also liked that we could walk to downtown and the park around the lake. Also the stream and green space in the back.
A screen door on the sliding glass deck door would be an improvement. Noise from the highway.

We had a few ants in the bathroom (nothing alarming due to drought in the area.
