This two bedroom apartment was in the perfect location, about 15mins from the train station and minutes from amazing monuments and restaurants! Highly recommend

The loft style design.
It had an AC unit for the entire area, which did not cool enough.

AC works well. Good location.
It is on 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Was not a big deal to us but be aware if you have big luggages.

The location is good. It is walking distance from everything you need to see and do in Florence. Ana is also really friendly and helpful.
The pictures make the apartment look more modern than it actually is. There are two flights of stairs going up to the apartment, which is unknown from the pictures. The water is the bathroom is warm, not hot, and the toilet makes a weird sound all the time. The neighborhood that the apartment is located in is super loud. The noise goes on till early parts of the morning. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful sleep.
