About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this charming condo for $140 per night is a great option for your next trip. *** Please inquire for mini-week availability. During June-August the Property Strictly Rents from Sunday to Sunday with few exceptions (6/2-6/6 is Available & 6/6-6/9 is Available). The Condo has open availability for dates in April, May, September, October and November. This is a large 1 Bedroom Condominium with Den and extra closet, full eat-in kitchen, large balcony with Ocean Views. The condo has 5 beds. -1 bedroom with queen bed -1 den with bunk beds and closet -1 full size pullout sofa -1 twin sized trundle. The condo is a stones throw to the sand and has a private entrance and parking space. This is a Unique Condo on the beach side and on a private road. The space is large, simple and tastefully done with families in mind. The unit is very clean, professionally sterilized weekly and in good working condition. We provide a clean, fun, safe condo with an amazing location that is perfect for families at a reasonable price. Thank you for your consideration.

I had a great weekend stay at the condo It was excellent, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a new born baby. The location was perfect, only a few steps from the beach. All things considered the fee was a fair price.

This was the perfect spot, just a minutes walk to the beach and tucked in a nice quiet little spot. The condo had everything we needed and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and entertainment in the area. We enjoyed taking a nice drive up to Rehoboth and back one of the days we had rain. I would highly recommend this little condo and you can’t beat the price. We will likely be booking again in the future.

My spouse and I went to OC for the inaugural Ocean's Calling Festival. This property met our needs perfectly. We were able to have our 2 small dogs join us. The place was clean, and located in the perfect spot close to the beach, the bus station, and restaurants. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return next year. Steve was great to work with as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. It was in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. We liked that it was the exact center of everything. The Ocean City Boardwalk was a short distance away.
The property met our expectations and the host was very helpful in offering advice. We highly recommend staying here.

The process was super easy from beginning to end. Communication from the owner was simply excellent every step of the way! The condo was clean, and stocked with most necessities. Convenient parking! Super quick access to the beach by foot. Location is convenient to many restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this family friendly condo for your next vacation! Partial views of the beach provided a relaxing and fun vacation. The unit was easy to find and parking was very convenient....a private spot at the bottom of the steps.
The owner was very easy to contact and to work with. He was very eager to assist us and to make our stay FUN! A definite 4 1/2 stars. We shall return.

The unit is as pictured aside from improvements that have been made to the bathroom, so there is a full tub in the bathroom now as noted in the listing. Rooms are small but perfect for a couple. The bunk bed bedroom is between the living room and kitchen & bath, so that could be inconvenient with small children, but if you know before you go and plan bedtime accordingly, it could work out.
The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you might need to cook and eat at the condo, and many supplies (dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) are provided, which is convenient.
We did not notice that sheets/blankets/towels and pillows were not supplied, so make sure to take those along. In our case, a quick trip to Rose's solved the problem. Heat and A/C work well, there is satellite TV available, and in the night stand in the bedroom there are additional outlets inside the drawer, which is a nice touch.
The unit was spotlessly clean and there were cleaning supplies available if you need them.
We were very happy with the unit and would happily stay here again.

Can’t beat location
This Congo has the absolute best location for a family getaway. The three of us can walk out and be on the beach within a minute. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream, stores, mini golf etc all within a few blocks.

Family getaway
A great location for kids. Easy walk to beach and attractions in Fenwick Island. Loved sitting on the balcony each morning with my coffee and looking out at the water and loved being able to hear the waves crash as I slept. Stephan was wonderfully communicative throughout.

Excellent location and very responsive owner
We very much enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The location was perfect, beach wasn't too busy, and it's just a short drive to the boardwalk. The condo was smaller than we expected from the photos (a little tight for 7), but we managed just fine. The owner is very responsive and helpful to all questions and went above and beyond.

Place smelled very bad and we did not stay
We went inside and mold inside AC unit and place smelled bad. Tried to get reimbursed in full because we left in 20 minutes and had to find another place and did not get all our money back.

Perfect location!!!
My boyfriend and I came down for a wedding and wanted to stay a few more days. This condo is in the perfect location, very central to many great spots and walking distance to the beach! Stephen is very responsive and checks in to make sure everything is going well, we had an amazing stay!

This property is exactly what I was looking for!
My family and I had a great experience here at Aloha North. The condo is fit the three of comfortably and the easy access to the beach is perfect. Door to beach in 2 minutes, tons of attractions that side of town, and a balcony to hear the ocean at night. The nights are literally filled with peace and quiet and that’s exactly what I look for on a vacation. Great location and great family atmosphere.
