Perfect? As close as possible on all fronts. The condo: I have never stayed in a rental before that was as pristine, neat and clean. Love the wicker furniture and the bed is very comfortable. A special plus is the new walk-in shower. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need and just a very short walk to the beach. Lots of great parks in the area, as well. Next trip to Venice, I will book this unit again if available.

Really enjoyed this updated condo. It was so close to the beach I could run down and grab lunch at the beach when I was working from the condo. Safe area and great communication with owner. Would definitely recommend for one or two people and would stay again.

The home itself was perfect for my wife and myself, fairly large living space, fully equipped kitchen, ample sized bedroom with lots of storage and a relatively (appeared) new. well-equipped bathroom. The home has a delightful, shared, courtyard, is approximately a 2 block walk to the centre of town and a three-minute walk to the beach. Karen provided tremendous insight and we would, if we ever revisit the area, attempt to stay at this accommodation again.

We love the town of Venice and our stay was perfect. The unit is nicely located, clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was attentive and solved issues quickly. We especially enjoyed the patio and the lovely weather. We would stay again.

We loved the end location. Easy to unload things from car. Condo was clean and decorated very nice. Karen was a great hostess and we appreciated being able to stay here.

This convenient, well-equipped one-bedroom condo has a completely updated interior and one of the best locations in the 12-unit complex - downstairs corner, with lots of windows, and just a step out to the bright and airy communal patio. Unit has beach towels, chairs, and small umbrella, good utensils for food prep, and coffee-making supplies. It's a very quick walk to Venice beach, where there is morning yoga and evening music. Great bike-riding, shopping, beaches, fishing, history and culture surround you in Venice, and this is a great place from which to make a day trip or just hang around and sit out and read on the patio or stroll to the beach. Love Venice and love this convenient and friendly place to stay for a couple or a single. FInally, Karen, the owner, is very responsive, should you have any concerns.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January. What a wonderful condo! A perfect size for two, well laid out, lovely decor, and simply spotless. Karen was a great host, and provided everything for a terrific time in Venice. This condo is located within walking distance to the beach and the town. It is in a quiet location, which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Great location and love Venice. Only problem was the red tide so we couldn't enjoy the beach. Wish the condo had a pool otherwise very nice.

This was a very well maintained condo that is perfect for one or two people. It is one block from the Venice pavilion and close to the main shopping on Venice Avenue. The kitchen was nicely equipped. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful ,condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A block from the beach and few blocks from downtown. During our 2 week stay we hardly drove at all. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Would definitely recommend this.

The location of this condo was ideal, very clean and well equipped. The majority of the 12-unit complex are return renters and very friendly. Karen (the owner) was very accommodating in making our stay feel like home. Great vacation!

Loved the fish and beach themed apartment just a few steps from the Venice Beach pavillion. Great nights' sleep and conveniently stocked home for breakfest outside on the patio. Took walking jaunts to the Soda Fountain, Centennial Park and the Daiquiri Deck. Great kid and adult location because of all the local stuff to do. We will be back :-)

Great vacation spot. Everything you need is there neat and clean. Even the beach right there is beautiful and relaxing. Great food nearby. Good fishing spots close. Owner great to work with. Will be back when available. Loved our time there.

The condo was just like the pictures but much bigger than we expected. It was in the perfect location and so close to everything. It was nice and clean, had everything you would need to enjoy your home away from home. We can't wait to come back!
