About this bed and breakfast

Situated in Echo Park, this charming bed and breakfast for $90 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to our renovated guest studio located right on the border of Silverlake and Echo Park. We are 2 short blocks from Sunset Blvd. and walking distance to all the fun stuff, including: cafes, bars, yoga, pilates, health food store, music venues, vintage stores, record stores, Echo Park Lake, and cute boutiques. There is something for everyone in this neighborhood that we are lucky enough to call home, and would love to share that with you. My husband and I both travel for work quite often and became inspired to create a guest house that we ourselves would want to stay at while on the road. We have fully renovated our guest house with new floors, fresh paint, new kitchen, and brand new bed and bedding. We have thoughtfully provided all the comforts of home while not over crowding the space so you dont feel like you are living in someone else's clutter. Our private outdoor living area is a great way to begin or end your day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We always have a seasonal vegetable garden growing to enjoy right out your front door. The apt is located behind a security gate and the property is very safe. We are around if you need anything but respect your privacy.

My partner and I stayed here for a month while searching for long-term housing in LA and had a wonderful stay. The space is exactly as pictured, very cozy, clean and has everything you could need. The little patio is lovely and there is plenty of parking in the area. We were within walking distance of a grocery store, the library, Sunset boulevard and it's a lovely neighborhood to walk around. Lauren and her husband were super nice and communicative and we felt we had a lot of privacy too. We would definitely stay here again in the future or recommend it to others.

this is a perfect property for 2 people. the neighborhood was great and close to everything we needed. inside, it had everything we needed with a bathroom and kitchen area. the owners were very hospitable.

The apartment and location were both really GREAT! Everything was quaint, clean and the owner was very kind. We knew ahead of time that we'd be parking on a nearby street or area. Parking was quite a hassle though and we'd recommend using Uber or Lyft if you're choosing this place. We always had to drive around and ended up parking quite a distance from the apartment and walking, both day and night to get home. We do like to walk :) but would have planned differently if we'd known. Overall, we'd stay again but we wouldn't rent a car. It is a wonderful place!!
