About this condo rental
Nestled in Golden Beach, this lovely condo for $156 per night is a great option for your next break. What a great place to relax! The children running off their excess energy in the park across the road, taking your dog for a stroll along the waterfront, fishing from the banks of Pumicestone Passage or taking the fishing boat out to explore the waterways. You can enjoy it all from this beautifully styled holiday home. You can also bring your small dog as there is room for them too. The living area is stylishly furnished with a wall mounted Tv, ceiling fan, 2 large lounges set on beautiful timber look flooring. Large glass sliding doors open to the landing where you can settle under the umbrella with breakfast lunch or dinner. The kitchen is complete with large gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and plenty of bench space to create your culinary delights. The main bedroom has the added bonus of air conditioning - if you close the house up this can also be ideal when you want to cool the other rooms. With a play park across the road and the boat ramp just as close, this quiet holiday home is perfect for your next getaway. - Close to Parks, Boat Ramps and Waterways - Air Conditioned Main Bedroom - Free Wifi - Pet Friendly - Outside Dog Only The laundry is compact but very accessible offering both a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower which is great if you have difficulty with steps. Pet welcome: small/ medium/ large outside dog, Please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog. If we are unaware of a dog staying your bond will be withheld - see clause regarding pets in our Terms and Conditions. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Double Bed Bedroom 3: Single Bed and Trundle Bed All new bookings made on or after 1 November 2023 will have all linen supplied but the beds will not be made. No parties or excessive noise are allowed at this property. A security bond by means of a credit card pre-authorisation is required to book this property. Great little place to just kick back and relax,
Our little Cavoodle enjoyed it just as much as the grand children…. We will be back .

Property is in a great location next to parkland and water. The home is comfortable with a great open living layout however not as clean as we would have expected. The kitchen garbage and recycling was full on arrival, the coffee mugs were all dirty and there were stains all over the flooring and rugs. Also the toilet roll holder and toilet brush kept falling apart and the outside hose was loose. Also lacking kitchen essentials like tongs and the can opener was broken. A little extra maintenance and better cleaning and this is a lovely rental.

Location was great close to river for fishing great park across road and around the corner for the kids to play. Some of the blinds need repairing or replaced there is a stain on the floor in living area that i would replace as it makes it look dirty. Otherwise great place

Great little 3 bedroom open plan property. Good privacy for outdoor space as plants are more established than pictured. Great park across the road and easy access to boat ramp and walking paths. Good quiet location and close to shops and eateries.

We had such a lovely break at the unit - it had everything and more!! So close to the water - peaceful and relaxing. The Local Agent was great to deal with too. My mother is elderly with a walker and it was all ground level with plenty of room for her to move around. We will be back. Thankyou!!!

nice location and renos. but wheelie bins were covered in maggots. huge stench.
no air con in kids bedrooms or lounge was awful - very very hot house. weak insulation. seals on fridge and freezer weak. huge stain on lounge room floor. cockroaches near washing machine. WIFI password wasnt provided had to chase up , not easy given agent office was closed. shower floor leaks out onto tiny bathroom area causing a very wet floor. sadly, disappointed.

Great location to go for walks, scooter rides and bike rides. We also brought the kayak. Perfect place for an easy getaway.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location for our family with a park close by. Unit was clean and very child friendly. Large living area and nice big driveway for kids to play in. Very well equipped with everything you need. Definitely be back for another holiday.

The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely, quiet and peaceful spot with great open views. By far the best pet-friendly home we have stayed at. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends. The staff at Local Agent were very helpful and friendly.

Tranquil location close to beaches
We've had a great week! The unit is spacious, well equipped including internet. It is out in a tranquil and quiet proximity to the park, the walking/cycle path and local ramp on Bells Creek. It's an easy walk or short drive to the bakery, shops and sandy, patrolled swimming beaches at Golden beach. Pelican Waters (5min drive) have supermarkets. A perfect spot to read, relax and enjoy the quieter end of Caloundra.
