Ocean view, beachfront unit with balcony. Located on the popular "Galt Ocean Mile". 8th floor unit with great views, the building is very quiet on the high floors. Large studio with a complete kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove with oven, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, Keurig and another with filters, microwave, toaster. There is a small balcony overlooking the ocean, a king-size bed, a desk with a safe, and bar areas, well equipped with all you need. The place has a large heated pool, a tiki bar at the beach, a five-star Italian Restaurant in the lobby with entertainment, pool cabanas available, a coffee shop 24/7, a Beauty saloon, Spa, stores, an ATM cashier, and laundry facilities. All amenities included, free WI FI. Valet or self-parking is $18 per day. No car is needed—walking distance to the mall, supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, banks, and boutiques. There are buses and trolleys available on the street. Supplied: * All linens, towels, beach towels. * Umbrella and Beach chairs * Iron and iron board * Hair dryer * Free Wi-Fi in the whole building, and into the apartment * Valet parking is $18 per day. Monica was very responsive. Unit was close to grocery store, liquor store, and fast food eateries. Balcony is small; no room for sitting. Kitchen was well stocked.

Property was as advertised. Monica was very responsive when contacted about a couple of hiccups no fault of hers. Nice having the tiki bar there but was a little pricey in our opinion.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time here. The beach was beautiful and the resort staff were all very friendly. The easy access to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed that we didn’t have to worry about bringing much because the unit had everything we needed including beach chairs. We would definitely choose to stay there again!

Monica was great. The studio is located on the beach (can't be closer to it)! Great restaurant right there (Tiki Bar not so much). Studio has all you need, but apart of the shower everything is outdated and far from our standards for clean. The view is great. Balcony is not usable (you can stand on it and that's pretty much it). AC worked great. Taller people may find shower head, mirrors, and kitchen elements being too low. Elevators are noisy. While the beach can't be closer, unfortunately there is a huge AC unit (for the entire complex) right there, and is extremely loud. If you want quite time on the beach, you'll have to walk a couple of hundreds yards left or right (which is not a big deal I guess). Still, we had really nice time. And, again, Monica was great and very responsive!

The studio is the perfect size with an amazing view of the ocean. I worked remotely during my stay and the wifi supported my Zoom meetings with no problems. The updated bathroom is very nice and clean. I enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided and found a good spot on the beach each day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.

We wanted a quick getaway that was as close to the beach as possible and this place was perfect. You walk out the back of the hotel to find the pool and tiki bar (great food, by the way) and down three more steps was the beach. The condo is dated but that wasn’t what mattered to us. Important to note that the balcony is really just to stand on as it is very small, but my husband is an early riser and put a chair out there to read while I kept sleeping. Thanks to Monica for sharing her perfect location!

Enjoyed having the kitchen in room. Balcony small, but a nice view of beach. If I was to complain about anything in this cute room, the one unpleasantry (being that i am a light sleeper) is having the service elevator so close in the very late to very early hours of the day.

Enjoyed the convenience of being located on the beach and within walking distance of groceries and restaurants. The food at the Tiki Bar was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Really no need to go anywhere else. The beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner were a definite plus, we didn’t have to worry about packing those extra accessories for the trip. The pool was nice but closes at dark. Very pleased with the clean, cozy studio condo with a small balcony to enjoy the ocean and beach view. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Overall property is nice. Ceiling fan does not work, kitchen needs some new supplies, toaster oven needs to be replaced. Sliding door does not lock. Staff at front of property can be rude. Staff in rear are great. Management of property does enough to get by, grounds were not clean, trash in various places, pool deck not cleaned up daily, a lot of sand un the pool first thing in the morning. For the price it was an enjoyable trip but i have been to much nicer properties.

The room was nice. While the porch is small, I was grateful to have it and the view was beautiful. The fan did not work and the room was a bit warmer than we'd like. I'd stay again!

Generally it was a good restful week. Both the pool and beach were very good. We had one issue with the ceiling fan above the bed coming on by itself at different times of the day and night. However, Monica was quick to contact her handyman to fix the situation. The decor in the apartment was a little dated. All in all we had a good week and enjoyed the location.

This is a studio apartment with an excellent view. Great communication with the property manager. A few of the kitchen cabinets and appliances are in poor condition but usable. The pool, tiki bar, and beach access are perfect!

We have stayed at this particular Resort/Hotel a number of times, but not at this specific property. It was a place that made us feel “at home” comfortable. The view of the ocean over morning coffee, seeing the sunrise was something we looked forward to seeing again and again.
The owner had beach chairs and an umbrella for guests… something we took advantage of every day. We highly recommend this property.

This condo is older but lots of character . We stayed 6 nights . Sometimes it got a bit noisy but never lasted long. Great view with nice easy access to the beach.
The lobby is pretty and there are so many places you can sit and enjoy the day.
Super quick walk to store and we cooked most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen.
Monica was fantastic helping us with whatever we needed.

Location provides for spectacular sunrise views while overlooking the ocean, beach and pool. Very clean and spacious. Close to all the fine dining venues. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location is great but was disappointed the balcony was so small to even have a chair out there. We ended up grabbing the kitchen bar stools to be able to enjoy the breeze. The beach chairs need updated, one the seat is busted clear thru. We ended up having to pay $30 per day to rent chairs and umbrella from resort.
The comfort of bed and coziness of room was great though. Ice maker wasn't working but we handled getting our own. Just a quick get away, didn't need much so all in all it was fine. Probably wouldn't stay for an extended stay though.

Perfect for a couple. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and had a great time. Condo is a nice size and everything is well maintained. Anna the cleaning lady was super helpful and so was the host Monica. Tiki bar out back was great and lead right onto the sand. Bars, grocery store, and restaurants all in walking distance.

Monica has pretty much everything you need from towels, kitchen utensils, ocean/pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and MORE! The ocean view is unlike any other. She was always readily available to communicate with. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We will definitely try to book from Monica again in the future!!!

My husband and I loved staying at this peaceful property. The terrace overlooked the beach with a panoramic view of the calm blue Atlantic Ocean. We followed the host’s directions and easily arrived at the entrance of the residential hotel where we used the valet parking for our car. The lobby contained a coffee/snack bar with the most delicious coffee.
Our spotlessly clean studio apartment was beautifully decorated with lots of storage room. The full kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. We spend very comfortable nights sleeping in the king sized bed.
