We felt right at home in this comfortable historic home and enjoyed its convenience to the shops and restaurants of Kennebunkport. We cooked in the modern kitchen and used the gas grill for a couple of at home dinners. Absolutely loved sitting in the pretty backyard on a nice day. The owners and managers are excellent communicators. Looking forward to future visits.

This home exudes character around every corner. The space has been well thought out, with comfy furniture and extra touches. You’ll have everything you need in this VRBO rental. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed linens and towels are soft and cozy, and if the weather cooperates, beach chairs await your use! The extra touches, such as the books, games, and Bluetooth speaker, really added to our experience. We will reach out again if our travels brings us to Kennebunkport.

This is a lovely historical house right in the heart of Kennebunkport. We loved the uneven floors and charm. The house is completely set up to cook at home and has a good kitchen, has a nice back yard, a parking space, and garage. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. We would highly recommend this home.

I am originally from Maine but I have been transplanted to Utah. My husband and I try to make a yearly trip to Maine. Usually we come in August to attend the Blueberry Festival in Wilton because I grew up in Wilton. This year some friends joined us for a vacation in May. Each year we take a day trip to Kennebunkport and have walked past this beautiful house many times. I couldn't believe my eyes when I found that it was available through Verbo. We were so delighted to see that the house lived up to the pictures on Verbo. It is a gorgeous home with every amenity that any traveler could want. You thought of every detail that we could need. We are big ice cream eaters and when we saw that there was not an ice cream, we found one at Hanniford's and left it for the next guest to enjoy. Having a washer and dryer was such a treat. No lugging home dirty clothes. We found the 2 staircases very handy to make 2 separate sleeping spaces for 2 couples. Once we were upstairs, we never saw the other couple. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful house with us. We loved every minute of it.
