It is on a quiet street and easy to find parking outside. The beds are comfortable. The price was good. It also has a washing machine and a dryer without an extra charge.
We had a room with a private bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the bathroom had a stinky smell. We had to keep the toilet seat down and the bathroom door closed while we were in our room.

The location is good, very easy to find from the station. Room was large and had everything I needed. Good communication from the owners and I liked that I could check myself in.

Safe and comfortable, all the necessities (plus tea and coffee tray) at a good price. Quiet location.
Excellent communication, friendly and helpful. This was especially useful as we were arriving late, they provided clear instructions on the self check-in process.
Bathroom could have done with being cleaned more thoroughly.
