Lovely street and excellent walking distance to everything. Nice porch but door screening is fully torn which unfortunately invites bugs. Comfortable living room and kitchen with large table. Master bedroom and bath is great, other 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are small and oddly situated but doable. We enjoyed our stay, would only recommend some attention to caretaking.

When my two daughters were little we took them to Rehoboth Beach for 12 years in a row. That ended years ago as they got older and then had their own families. This year, my wife and I decided to let our daughters relive their youth and give their children (our grandchildren) the Rehoboth experience. I rented this property for a week and brought together all 9 is us. The house was perfect - 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 TVs, a large dining area, a beautiful kitchen, spacious living room and a wonderful screened in porch. The only negative was that it was longer from the beach than I envisioned (the 3 blocks are extremely long and are actually almost 1/2 a mile away) so we had to drive to the beach each day. However, it was a Fantastic time in a very comfortable home and a wonderful RELIVING of our past as well as an exiting NEW time for the grandchildren.

This house is really nice specially if you have young kids because it has no stairs and have enough rooms. And it is about 10 min waljing from the beach. Very close to the restaurants and shoping centers. I like it

The house was the perfect location, we could walk everywhere. We even walked to Dewey. The house was the perfect size for my family, teenage and adult children.

Very nice / comfortable house. Nice not having to worry about steps with small children. Large common areas and large master bedroom. About 12 minute walk to boardwalk (near Funland). Comfortable screened-in porch. TV's in four rooms, connected with Roku (only). Very responsive to problems. The front central air conditioning was not working although was not sure at first since rear unit was helping somewhat to cool front of house. They had a repair technician come out that same evening and after considerable effort traced the problem to a broken/shorted wire between the thermostat and the outside unit.

Loved the house and the location. We made some great memories here!

This beach house was the perfect amount of space for 5 teens hers and 3 adults. The screened in porch was lovely. Teens were close enough to walk to beach several times a day and only 2 blocks from Main Street with shops and restaurants. Would rent again in a heartbeat beat. Michael the host was gracious and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our two families. Everything was clean and the location can’t be beat. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and various soaps and paper goods. Michael was friendly and easy to communicate with. Easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this property for a recent family and friends vacation. It's a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The house is clean and functional. Our favorite hang out spot was on the front porch swing!

What a fantastic house! Clean, large, and just the right amount of “beachy!” We have been renting in Rehoboth for over 10 years and this house was one of the best! It fit our large group comfortably. The porch was a favorite spot on this quiet block in the neighborhood. We liked that we were able to walk to the beach, Rehoboth Avenue, the farmers market, playground, or even Starbucks. The property manager was great communicating via phone as we got close to our check-in date. All the amenities we needed for the first few days were available, which isn’t often the case. The house was nicely decorated - bright and airy. Perfect beach house. Super clean and well maintained. Everything we needed in a house!

We had a great time at this property. We were a group of 10-12 depending on the day. The outdoor shower is not great but the rest of the property was perfect for our gathering. We had a/c issues when we checked in at 4 on Sat and it was fixed by 7:40 that night. The host was very attentive when we needed help this week.

We were late to book but found the perfect place for our last minute family trip to the beach. The house was exactly as described only better! It has enough space to accommodate everyone but separate areas where you can gather away from each other if needed. The screened in front porch was spacious, comfortable and awesome for quiet evenings or big breakfasts. It’s an easy walk to the main avenue and beach so the cars stayed parked. Comfortable beds and furniture with plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Everything went great. Room for everyone, easy walk to town and the beach. The home was clean and the directions for access and closing-up were easy. Wonderful front porch for hanging out.

Our group of 9 had a great stay for my mother’s 80th. The property manager Michael was very helpful and pleasant. The living room and kitchen are very spacious allowing all of us to hang out together. The beds are all comfortable with medium firmness. Great location. Thanks.

We had a great time staying here with three total families. Enough space for everyone and perfect location - close enough to the beach, shopping, food, playground and more. The house was exactly as described.

Very clean. Spacious. Space for all the bikes in the back. Quite street. Close to the school with a huge play set, basketball court, tennis court.

I had planned this trip for 2 years so you can imagine how excited we all were when COVID restrictions were lifted and we could actually go. I'm going to list the positives first: 1) location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Negatives; 1) a week and a half before the trip I get a notification that we need to bring our own sheets, bath towels, and dish towels.I came from Utah and packing your own linens isn't exactly ideal, had to rent the linens, costing me an additional $480, I don't go on vacation to make beds - they do supply pillows but they were well worn and flat 2) the house wasn't very clean, black smudges on the fridge the area rugs are filthy, sandy floors. They request you recycle but the recycle bin was overflowing so we couldn't recycle for the first few days until it was emptied, 3) bathrooms very small and not located well with the bedrooms, 4) way too many wall mirrors, 5) some of the light switches didn't work and some of the lamps you couldn't turn on, 6) TV use instructions were poorly written - the master bedroom you had to manually control. I did call Michael and he answered right away but he needed to take some time to determine how to fix, didn't hear back for another day and then he was going to send someone out to fix the TV issues but I told him not to bother. Michaels email communication is very slow, any questions I had prior to the trip took days to get a response, cell response was much quicker. I would not rent this place again for a family of 10.

A big house in a quiet neighborhood close to beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed it very much!

We had a great stay at this house this summer. It was very spacious, and enabled those of us who had to work during the day to have plenty of room for calls and computers. We were glad of our wagon for bringing stuff to the beach, and we really enjoyed the short walk to the restaurants and shops in town. Even the tropical storm didn't dampen our spirits too much! We would gladly stay here again if we come back to Rehoboth.

This house provided a great experience in Rehoboth. Very close to the main Avenue but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Awesome front porch, clean house and enough room for everyone to spread out. if you are looking at it, i would say go ahead and BOOK IT! Very nice place.

Beautiful house with a lot of space. Great location. Parking passes not needed before Memorial day should be added somewhere to the details. But otherwise was so happy with Everything!
