Fantastic location closest to The Great Sand Dunes NP. We had a room with a view of the great sand dunes. We had all that we needed in such a remote location. Highly recommend when visiting the GSDNP.

the bed in the tiny home was very comfortable. it will be great when the walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night is closer.
perhaps a shelf above the couch to store items on? a night light would be helpful also and a mirror since there are none in the bathrooms either

Staying in the camper was a great experience! We saw the dunes at sunrise and had breakfast with hummingbirds.
The grap and go breakfast was surprisingly good and we liked renting a sand sled
Of course the camper was not as clean or spacious as a hotel room, also it moved quite a bit when people were walking

the location is perfect for exploring the Great Sand Dune National Park, that's about it
the room (camper/trailer) is very old/tired and needs upgrading
