Everything was fantastic at Château on Monroe. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was well prepared for us, the communication was top notch, and I can’t even begin to say enough wonderful things about the owners. They ARE simply AMAZING. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville.

Max and Cindy were great hosts and were very accommodating of our group! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We had 2 families on the trip, and the loft upstairs was perfect for all 6 kids! Very clean and updated, and decorated very nice! Would definitely stay there again!

The property owners greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. The house was amazing! And the owners were kind and helpful! We are looking forward to coming back to Nashville and staying here!

Max and Cindy were exceptionally well prepared and easy to work with. The house is advertised accurately. We had zero issues with our stay and got to enjoy all that Nashville had to offer.

We stayed here over Spring Break, during our college tour of Vanderbilt. Max and Cindy's home is immaculate and a wonderful place to stay with lots of room. Our children loved the loft bedrooms, and also the ability to play the guitar in the family room. Max and Cindy left very detailed instructions on how to work everything in the house, and also things to do and restaurants in the area. They were available for any and all questions that we had. Max was also kind enough to allow my husband and one of our sons to visit him in his music studio - definitely a highlight for them. The home was very convenient to things in Nashville from downtown to Vanderbilt. We highly recommend staying here - excellent place and excellent hosts! We hope to visit again someday.

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, walkable to everything and parking. Cindy and Max were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. When visiting Nashville again, we will stay here, no question!

I have never stayed at a rental property that had such great hospitality! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Max could not be kinder helping us out with getting groceries and being very flexible with check in and check out times. We had an absolute blast this weekend and cannot recommend Cindy and Max’s home enough!

Needed a central location for a family gathering between Missouri and SC. Nashville was perfect. My son's family of 5 (three grand sons 18, 16, 14) and daughter's family of 4 (two grand sons 20 and 18) we were very comfortable in the Chateau on Monroe. The boys slept in the loft. All parents had a bedroom and bathroom. We used Uber several times and they were never more than 5 minutes away. We through Axes and had dinner at Bad Axe. We ice skated, snow tubed, bummer cars and attended ice sculptures at Gaylord Opryland. Walked the strip listening to great musicians and visited shops It was so nice to come back to the Chateau for family time and games. Very comfortable beds. Great location. We hope to visit again.

The layout and decor were top notch. Max and Cindy are amazing folks who made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

This house was amazing and definitely in a great spot. We literally had everything we needed and more. The owners were awesome. If we needed anything or had questions they were always there to help. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this house a 10 out of 10!!

Let’s start at the beginning- our flight to Nashville was arriving just before 10am, I contacted the hosts before I booked to see if we could drop our stuff before our check in time. They said that would not be a problem. Before our arrival, I contacted them to confirm and ask some questions about food delivery before we arrived. No problem. Upon our arrival, the home was welcoming and spotless. Max came up to introduce himself, show us some things in the property and give some suggestions of things to do while in Nashville. Checkout was easy, take trash out, tidy up kitchen. We felt safe, the home was quiet, we used Lyft to get around (most cars arrived within 4 minutes)! We walked home from an early dinner one evening, other than that- we used a car service. This was a great place to stay, beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. 5 stars.

We loved our time at this location our only issue was that the stairs up to the loft were unreasonable for older folk that pee alot threw the night haha, but our wonderful hosts supplied air mattresses and a cot, so it was a quick easy fix:) Never have we ever met more easy going ppl in all our lives fantastic hosts with a beautiful property, we would definitely return in a heart beat

The chateau was beautiful and clean. Cindy & Max could not have been better hosts! It was absolutely perfect place to celebrate my niece's birthdate with friends and family. There was more than enough room for all 11 of us. We can't wait to go back!

We had a group of 8 (4 couples) for a 50th birthday trip and had a great time. It was the first time visiting Nashville for most of us, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay and for better hosts. Cindy and Max were so kind, hospitable and friendly. By the end of the week, they felt like family friends that we had known forever! They were not intrusive at all, but available as needed and we genuinely enjoyed spending some time with them. They provided everything we needed plus more and answered all questions and helped with information/suggestions for our trip. The property was beautiful, spacious and luxurious. One of the highlights of our trip was the private house concert arranged by Max and Cindy - a one of a kind night! If you are able to arrange a similar event, you will not be disappointed. We had a van for transportation, so the location worked well and everything was convenient. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Nashville if it's available!

The 3 bathrooms were perfect with the comfortable beds, towels and bedding. We had an amazing time making memories. Thank you , Max and Cindy!

Chateau on Monroe was the best property I have ever stayed at. They had everything we could ever need and then some. We had plenty of basic supplies (good quality toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent etc) as well as many extras such as Coffee K-cups, body wash in every bathroom, granola bars, a bottle of wine, snacks and more. It was clean and very spacious. We had a group of 8 women and everyone had a good bed to sleep in and plenty of bathrooms. We chose to walk to Broadway for most trips into town. The location is great because it is walking distance to all the action, yet far enough away that it is quite when your ready to relax. If you decide to Uber or Lyft it is a pretty low cost fare. We hung out most of the time on the very large deck. There was a comfy chair for each one of us. The deck overlooks a beautifully landscaped back yard. The hosts Max and Cindy were amazing. They gave us all the info we needed before we arrived. They live on the property which is wonderful if you have any issues (which we did not). We ordered Groceries and had them delivered before our arrival. They put our groceries in the fridge for us so our beverages were cold when we arrived! Can’t say enough great things about this location and the hosts. If you book here you WILL NOT be disappointed!!

The property was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Three large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious sleeping loft and beautiful outside space to enjoy the Nashville weather. The entire space was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable as was the entire space. The hosts did not have a single item missing that we may need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have already highly recommended this property to friends and family.
